Alright, ShaQuia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis a few years after I graduated in 2012! I have gone through surgery after surgery and pain day in and day out. I started being told to try Yoni steams so i knew somebody that did them and i brought one. I used it a few times and noticed they did help me out. I started asking the person I was getting them from different questions and it was always “I’ll get back with you” or “hold on”. So I started thinking why not start making my own. I started doing research on different herbs that was good for inflammation, pain, endometriosis, heavy periods and I made my first steam! After that I started thinking what if I could make other products to help heal other issues as well which helped me start making other holistic healing products Now i make Yoni products, oils for pain, herbal teas and so much more! Just this file last year I was actually on ten plus medications and due to my products and teas I’m now off of all medications!

ShaQuia , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

The thing I am most proud of is the fact that my products have helped people come off of medications with herbs that are planted on this earth that we walk past daily! I literally sit back and i research everything before making a product. I have never just put something together without doing my full research which can take day to do. I also use all of my products on myself if it’s something I deal with if it’s not I have testers that deal with certain conditions that I have test my products out and give feedback on so i can know what to change and what to keep the same . Some of the products I have created are as followed: Yoni steams, Yoni oils, Yoni scrubs, joint pain reliever oils, muscle spasm oil, muscle pain reliever oils, turmeric scrubs, oil for sciatica pain and so much more.

Content content content! I will tell anybody it’s all about your content and how you present and promote yourself. Make sure you have a backdrop when taking content photos so things look professional and always be consistent with your content.

Do you sell on your site, or do you use a platform like Amazon, Etsy, Cratejoy, etc?

I sell on my own website. I have tried selling products on Etsy when i has my boutique and I didn’t do so well. Maybe with my holistic products I may do better. It may be something I have to try out again since I have gone a different route with my business now.
