.One of the most important things about being an esthetician is building relationships and trust with my clients. I give clients the the best advice about caring for their skin and develop the best treatment plan to ensure they feel safe with me and they reach their skin goals .

I’m Shantika Licensed Esthetician and solo suite owner of Glo Skin Workz & Wellness since 2020 . Having suffered the effects of challenging skin care, and overcoming it myself , my business is driven from a space of passion, and self-belief. I am an ideal profile for the face of my business, having experienced the challenges of the problem I solve for others and is also the in-house expert.
Being an esthetician is more than just providing facials. –
We specialize in a customized holistic approach to solving skincare issues for women with dark spots, hormonal acne, sensitive skin, and uneven skin texture. We have created a safe space, to shed the stresses of life, and recharge before heading back out. We treat your wellness from the inside, and out. We offer a range of services, all of which when connected, leave you feeling healed, destressed, restored, at peace – and more robust, confident, and more beautiful than ever.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Building client relationships, making clients feel beautiful and confident ,showing them you care and not just about making a sale , providing a relaxing experience , educating them on skincare and providing skin tips, starting on time and being professional , making them feel safe with me .

If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?

I would choose the same profession over and over again . I love what I do and passionate about making others feel beautiful, and confident than ever .
