I believe my success comes from my hard work, determination, and most importantly my delusion. I had a vision and went for it no matter how many times I heard that it wouldn’t work. To be successful, one must have a level of self-confidence and belief in themselves that may border on delusion. In order to overcome challenges and setbacks, one must have a relentless optimism and determination that may require them to ignore the naysayers and push forward with unwavering belief in their abilities. This level of self-assuredness, even in the face of adversity, can be seen as slightly delusional by others, but it is often what propels successful individuals to achieve their goals and reach new heights in their endeavors.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

I had to unlearn the word failure, like literally forget the word ever existed. Doing so made me feel and act as success is my only option. That’s when my business became successful.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

There are several factors that helped me build my reputation for Mod Esthetics:

1. Quality services: Mod Esthetics offered high-quality services, including facials, eyelash extension’s, and other beauty treatments, that were effective and delivered results for our clients. This helped gain a positive reputation among customers.

2. Maintaining my skill set and learning new ones: I’m highly trained and knowledgeable about skincare and other various beauty treatment’s, allowing me to provide expert advice and personalized treatments to my clients. This helped build trust and loyalty among customers.

3. Positive reviews and word-of-mouth referrals: Satisfied customers often left positive reviews for Mod Esthetics online and recommended their services to friends and family, helping to spread the word about the salon and attract new clients.

4. Marketing and branding efforts: I invested in marketing and branding efforts to promote Mod Esthetics services and create a strong brand identity. This helped me stand out in a competitive market and attract a loyal customer base.
