Shaina, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your business sooner or later

My past professional jobs taught me so much and I learned many things about the business on many levels. I didn’t start my business too early or too late as I believe timing happens when it is supposed to. Fast forward to now, I am able to implement all the knowledge I have gained from past experiences.

Any advice for managing a team?

Communication is key! It keeps everyone in the loop and on the same page. Going into every project, there should be positive attitudes and not the “it’s not my job” attitude when everyone should be there for one another no matter what. Unseen circumstances can and will always happen but staying true and being there for your team can make the experience successful.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Of course social media is a powerful platform in growing clientele but also making yourself available for networking at socials, events, and business meetings is huge as well. There is always someone who knows someone.
