Seth, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Have you ever had an amazing boss? What did you learn from them? Maybe you can share a story that illustrates the kind of boss they were or maybe you can share your thoughts on what you think made them an awesome person to work for?
I started working for the best boss I’ve ever had when I was 13 years old. Technically, I started helping him with jobs as soon as I could walk!
My parents have had a family-owned company since before I was born and I started attending and helping my dad with jobs for as long as I can remember!
Working for my dad has definitely had it’s challenges, but it has taught me the importance of working hard, without complaining, to provide for your family!
My dad worked very hard to give his best to his company but more importantly, to give his best to his family! Never missing a special sport event or achievement! And that is why he is the best boss I’ve ever had!

My parents have had Jumpin’ Jiminy Inc. for close to 30 years! My dad and I decided to branch out into a more specific side of event planning and started EVT Event Team!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
We pride ourselves for the safety precautions we take!
We like to do everything by the books and the safest that we can!
We carry insurance as a company and enforce rules for each product we rent to ensure that fun is had, but that our clients stay safe as well!
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Word of mouth has been the best way to source new clients!
We do our very best for events, and that ensures that our clients tell everyone they know how much they enjoyed our products and their experience with us!
