Alright, Setareh thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?

I always knew since I was a child that I wanted to be a professional painter

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

From the age 11 I started drawing and then working with oil color under my first teacher vision,after high school I entered an art school in Iran and received my bachelor degree in painting, teaching the painting techniques and wall painting were the things that I did it in Iran before immigrating and after immigrating to America now I have a contract with touchstone gallery in New York AVE in Washington DC and I’m bored member in gallery which is so exiting touchstone is an Artist owned compertorary art gallery since 1976 , we have member show every month also 2 solo shows

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

Being an artist means seeing the world from the different perspective and this is the best reward to be freed from the day of death and create your colorful world , having creativity in everything and enjoying doing it differently for me this aspect of artistic life is always attractive.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

Of course there is , my next goal is continue my Academic studies in America and in the next few years to have a gallery for myself.also I’m trying to combine miniature painting witch is originally from Iran with expressions way ! This is the project I’m working on that
