We recently connected with Sergio & Libna Echeverri and have shared our conversation below.
Sergio & Libna, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
My wife and I were raised in Arizona and got married in 2017. One month later, we sold everything off and drove to our new home in Miami! Not having any friends here or knowing the areas, we turned to Yelp and the Yelp community to start exploring the best parts of the city and getting to know the locals. As we became Yelp elite members, we began to be more involved within the foodie world here in Miami and several friends we met started recommending us to open up an influencer account so we decided to give it a shot.
Once we started, things were a bit slow. We had to grind it out and understand how to successfully run a social media page, understanding Instagram algorithms, boosting activity and how to create organic growth. With practice and research, we started to hone in our skills and our post started getting the attention we were looking for.

Sergio & Libna, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
We are food and lifestyle social media bloggers that specialize in showcasing restaurants. From taking pictures and videos of their most desirable plates, we can market the restaurant’s product and grow their social media presence which will in turn increase business. As a company, we are most proud of our Instagram reel videos which several have gone viral, reposted by hundreds of accounts and collectively gaining over 13 million views for one example. What sets us apart from others is that we are a husband and wife account that thrives in cultivating a successful relationship with the businesses we work with. Not just collaborating once, but going back with family and friends.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Persistence and discipline. Since we mostly focus on Instagram and Tiktok, on top of creating new content that is worthwhile to watch. We needed to find our niche in the market. Posting several times a day, everyday for months at a time we analyzed our insights and trends to see what was really hitting off and increasing our audience and engagement. Once we found our niche, it’s all about staying engaged with the followers, commenting back on replies, asking for feedback, etc and staying on top of the every changing algorithm and trends.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
We believe in quality over quantity. With this philosophy in mind, we focus on maintaining a tight relationship with each client. By focusing on the relationship, we each help one another grow. Many of our clients refer us to other potential clients since they trust and vouch for our quality of work. We are always open to expand our client base and creating new relationships to grow!
