Hi Serena, thanks for joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
The Serena Nicole Skincare mission came together over time during the 3 years I’ve been in business starting from a personal desire to only want all natural ingredients touching the largest organ of the body – the skin. Prior to starting my business I was a skincare junkie, I would look up different products, skincare regimen ideas, and ingredient research out of pure interest. As I started moving into a more natural and health centered lifestyle, I realized that it didn’t only matter what I was putting in my body but also on my body to help me feel my best inside & out. With this in mind I began to look into building a natural skincare regimen and focus on skin health, instead of just my skin’s look. Utilizing my knowledge of all natural ingredients and the key parts needed for skincare routine I was able to formulate products that within the first weeks of using my products brought a natural glow to my skin. Thus the Serena Nicole Mission came to be & our expression “Glow Naturally” was born.
Serena, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am the Founder and CEO of Serena Nicole Skincare. As a Queer Black Woman, I am grateful that she has created an amazing brand that can service all gender and non-genderless persons within all communities! I have always had a passion for creation and skincare so formulating products came naturally to me. Acknowledging the need for affordable and accessible luxury health, wellness, and skincare products and tools was something I wanted to provide for her community. Everyday I encourage my xommunity to glow not only on the outside, but on the inside. That is the true magic – to be oneself, and for that to be more than enough every time.
The Brand Serena Nicole Skincare LLC, also known as Serena Nicole Skincare or SNS is a unisex health, wellness, and skincare brand. All Products are all natural and handcrafted in small batches with NO Chemicals. This skincare brand started with a personal mission to only want all natural ingredients touching the largest organ of the body – the skin.

In addition to this our social media platform helps with keeping up with customers 24/7! On our Instagram/Facebook we share photo’s of our customers via story and on our feed, we communicate via Direct Message & we constantly foster moments for interaction and focus on creating community.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Our reputation was built within the skincare market through the consistency of the quality of the products that actually yield noticeable results! Prior to being released, all skincare products are tested for at least 30 days by myself to ensure it fulfills its purpose as well as doesn’t create any adverse side effects. This fact combined with our gender neutral vision, sleek packaging, and attainable pricing made the brand stand out amongst the rest.
