Alright, Seiko thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your business sooner or later

If I could go back in time, I definitely wish I would have started my business sooner than later, for sure!

A little backstory about my journey- I had first started my business at the end of 2019 when the pandemic was quickly rising. I had lived abroad in SE Asia for 3 years and returned back home to Canada during the summer of 2019.

I was first presented with this amazing business opportunity earlier in 2019 but hadn’t paid much attention to it to be honest. I was “too busy” in life, working towards relocating back to Canada and teaching English online, I felt I couldn’t add anything more to my plate at the time.

Although I knew that teaching English online wasn’t my end goal, as a young child I had always wanted to travel the world, be an entrepreneur and help people in an aligned, purposeful & authentic way that matched my lifestyle and values – teaching wasn’t quite it for me. Albeit teaching online was the first step in the door to being a Digital Nomad, it opened the doors for me to explore more about navigating the online space and leveraging social media to work online!

Needless to say, I subconsciously wanted something new, something exciting, something more promising for a future career that would last me a lifetime and after having moved back to Canada in 2019- I then decided to look more in depth about this golden business opportunity so I could work for myself.

I believe starting sooner would have been the best course of action because as humans we have this notion that we should always be prepared before diving into a new venture. We’re always “waiting” for the “right” time, and instead, we hold ourselves back because we doubt and limit ourselves. I didn’t want to do that anymore! I was just so miserable, unhappy and unsatisfied with my life at that time, I knew I needed to make that change because no one else would do it for me.

Coming back to Canada and with everything that had been going on in my life, personal and career, I felt like I had hit rock bottom. I knew I needed to take a leap of faith sooner than later or nothing would change with my life. With that being said, I took aligned action and dived head first into working online and owning my own business, as well as working 2 traditional jobs in person and had still continued to teach English online for 2 companies. I was doing a lot!

Shortly after, just months later the pandemic truly broke out and I lost both of my in person traditional jobs! I managed to overcome these obstacles by really going full power with my online business (as I had put it on the back burner a little) and I saw such promising results that really shifted my mindset and perspective. Within that year (2020) I quit both my traditional jobs, stopped teaching English online for one company and moved abroad to the EU with my dog, 3 years later we’re still here! Hopefully making our way to South America at the end of the year or the beginning of 2024.

The only thing I would have changed about my experience in getting started with working online and being a business owner is starting sooner than later! You truly never know how things will turn out in life for you. Despite any challenges or obstacles that life throws at you, the important matter is to go out there, get started sooner than later and seriously create your own opportunities! Don’t allow your fears, doubts and insecurities to hold you back from living a fulfilling, inspiring, and empowering dream life! You deserve it all and more.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

About me- I’m always stumped with this question about who I am and how to talk about myself! So here goes it.

I’m a world traveller and have been living abroad full-time/ travelling since 2014 and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

I’ve always believed in a life of freedom, living my best life and following my bliss. Being able to control my own working schedule, take long holidays, travel as much as I can, whilst empowering others to follow their dreams!

I’m 30 years young and LOVE to inspire and motivate people to live life in fulfilment EVERYDAY! This is my motto for LIFE.

I’m generally a very positive, bright and happy person who sees life as “the glass is half full”, always! There’s so much beauty in the world if we just look for it by shifting our mindsets and keeping a positive outlook, even though the struggles and ups and downs.

I’m a lover of life and live for having copious amounts of experiences all around the world so that when I pass away, I’ll leave this planet with cherished memories and have lived with zero regrets! Life is about making the best of it and being able to have a working life balance whilst living life on your own terms makes a massive difference!

I’m an out of the box doer and thinker, a natural born leader, a go getter, independent by nature and truly believe in stepping out of my comfort zone! Life becomes more interesting (:

I’m an aspiring singer & songwriter, I play the ukulele and love all things nature and the outdoors!

How I got started?- I was literally browsing Facebook digital nomad travel groups and saw someone make a post that they travel and work online in the health industry, this was almost 4 years ago!

It was actually so simple, I sent her a message to inquire more and it all went uphill from there! 4 years later she is my business coach, best friend, amazing business partner and we’ve never ever met IRL, how crazy? This is the power of leveraging social media to work online and being able to create long lasting friendships & connections.

Products & services- My company is a 50 year old Japanese medical device water ionizer company that gifts people globally with true holistic health and wellness that works!

Problems we combat- helping people globally to treat the root causes of their health implications through something as simple and natural as water! Literally something we all need to sustain our life as humans on this divine planet! Our company is what you call the Rolls Royce of water!

Aside from being the #1 leading manufacturer of water ionizers in the world, what sets our gold standing company apart is- how multipurposeful and versatile our products are & our global distributors.

Our products first and foremost have been helping millions of people worldwide with their health from all different backgrounds and industries, B2B, small businesses, families especially, athletes, individuals such as myself and literally anyone who values & priorities their health & wellbeing.

Secondly, our distributors are amazing! We pride ourselves on building a genuine and authentic human connection with our clients, who in turn become lifelong friends and feel like family. The community that we have built all across the globe is priceless and the endless support that we provide for eachother as well as educating, spreading knowledge & awareness to the world on proper hydration, water healing & health on their health is remarkable, to say the least! There is so much science behind our products, it truly surprises me on a daily basis, I’m always learning something new!

Most proud of- The fact that I keep going! It is so easy to become distracted as a business owner to “chase” the next shiny object when you feel at a standstill in your career.

But, knowing my own personal health testimonials and hearing from hundreds of thousands of others around the world on how powerful our products/ services are, seeing how people’s lives are drastically changing for the better, this keeps me going!

Maybe 1-2% of the world has heard about my company, and for people who don’t know about us, I would highly and strongly recommend you to LEARN more! Learn as much as you can, always. Why? Because health is truly our greatest wealth and asset in life, it is something we all should be prioritizing sooner than later. Oftentimes, so many people wait until they’re sick to change their habits and sometimes it’s too late by then. It’s important to take preventative health measures to correcting your health for the long term, versus finding a quick fix “bandaid” solution and this is also what I’m most proud of about my company! We assist others in finding that long term solution!

I always like to say that our medical grade products literally might be the missing piece of the puzzle to your health implications and they truly might help you or someone you love. You just never know who you could help, therefore I’ll continue to keep spreading the positivity and joys about my miracle company!

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

This is a major question I get asked a lot by virtually everyone! I truly feel that when we change our perspectives and strengthen our mindset, everything is possible! The word impossible says IMpossible.

The initial investment always seems scary and like a massive jump, but it’s always worth it. Literally everyone wanting to start a business online is investing for the sole purpose of being able to earn more & work less, whilst generating passive & residual income for the long term.

It only took my 3 months to put together the initial investment and fortunately my company provides inhouse payment plans as well as various other lenders that are readily available and accessible to helping all income levels to get started working with us.

3 months felt like a long time for me because I just wanted to get started asap! I never gave up and encourage everyone to never give up on yourself and your dreams because when you take action now and invest in yourself, your health, and your wealth- your life will look totally different years down the road.

Had I not taken action, I probably would still be working traditional jobs in person, living a mundane & mediocre life I was unfulfilled with, I wouldn’t be traveling much or living abroad, ultimately I wouldn’t be living my dreams!

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

One major lesson I’ve had to unlearn and what I help my clients to unlearn through mentoring them is that we are limitless, abundant humans! We do a lot of personal development, mindset & money mindset work in my company and I love helping others to personally develop in this career.

We aren’t just “sellers”, we are shifting our perspectives, strengthening our mindset, overcoming limiting beliefs and helping others to understand that money is energy and WE are energy. Nothing is out of reach for us, we can attain it all and more because we deserve it all and more.

4 years ago I felt stuck, I was earning about $14/hour and hustling working 2 traditional jobs in person. We have been taught by society that by working hard & working more, it’ll bring more income when in fact it does the opposite.

I’ve had to unlearn that, and then decided to take matters into my own hands, learn about investing and affiliate marketing, running a successful business online and now being able to generate thousands of dollars by leveraging the online space all whilst working less & travelling for a living.

This has by far been a massive lesson and transformation for me. Imagine spending a few hours a day and being able to earn a 5-7 figure monthly salary, how different would your life look? How would you spend your days? What would you do with your time freedom?

There have been so many lessons needing to be unlearned because society wants to put us in a box, and the sooner you realize that you are the ultimate creator of your reality, all else unfolds.

Were these lessons easy? Of course not! Everything has its challenges in life but you get to make that decision on what’s most important to you.

I’ve unlearned that we need to work endless hours on end and retire at 65 whilst not living our best life.

Fortunately for my company, we gift people the choice to choose FREEDOM.
