We were lucky to catch up with Sedrick Harris recently and have shared our conversation below.
Sedrick, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
When I started, it wasn’t one big lightbulb moment. It came from years of watching business owners struggle. They were doing the work, but their websites weren’t ranking, they weren’t showing up on Google, and they were losing customers simply because their digital presence wasn’t helping them. I kept thinking, there has to be a better way to make technology work for them instead of against them.
The day I committed to the idea, I sat down and mapped out what a solution would actually look like. I knew every business needed three things online: visibility, engagement, and reputation. If I could bring SEO, automation, and review management together in one streamlined process, it could make a real difference.
The first month was all about testing. I dove into tools, platforms, and AI technologies, experimenting with different ways to connect appointment systems, follow-up automations, and review requests so they worked together. Most nights I stayed up late running trials, breaking things, fixing them, and learning what would and wouldn’t work in the real world.
The hardest part wasn’t the technology. It was figuring out how to make it simple for the business owner. Most of the people I work with don’t want ten logins or complex dashboards. They want something that feels easy. So I stripped everything down until I had a system that looked clean on the outside but had serious power behind the scenes.
Within the first year, I had a working model. I was building websites that were fully optimized for search, setting up AI-powered follow-ups, and launching Review Scraper to handle reputation management. I tested everything with early clients, listened closely to feedback, and refined the process. Some ideas worked right away, like automating review requests. Others I had to rebuild, like making sure AI responses actually sounded human.
What moved me from idea to execution was action. I validated the problem by talking directly to business owners. I built prototypes and tested them. I started small with a handful of clients, refined quickly based on their feedback, and then turned it into a system that could scale.
Those early days were full of trial and error, long nights, and constant adjustments. But when clients started leaving reviews saying things like, “In one hour you saved me days” or “You put us on the map,” that’s when I knew the idea had turned into something real.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Sedrick Harris, and I’ve always been fascinated by the way technology can completely change the trajectory of a business when it’s used the right way. My journey into this industry came from working closely with small and local business owners and seeing the same pattern again and again. They were pouring their time, energy, and money into their work, but their online presence wasn’t keeping up. They had websites that looked nice but didn’t generate leads, listings that didn’t show up in search, and reviews that weren’t being managed. I realized they didn’t just need another “tool” — they needed a system that actually worked together to bring them customers and build their reputation.
That realization led me to build Sirius Systems, a growth platform that combines SEO, AI automation, and marketing tools to help local businesses get more leads without the frustration of juggling multiple apps. From there, I launched Sirius Site Studio, which focuses on smart, SEO-optimized websites that not only look good but are designed to rank on Google, convert visitors into leads, and integrate with AI chatbots and automation. And then I created Review Scraper, which helps businesses boost their reputation by automating the process of collecting and responding to customer reviews.
What ties all of these together is a simple mission: to help businesses grow online without the overwhelm. I take complex digital strategies — things like search engine optimization, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI chatbots, and review management — and make them simple, actionable, and effective for the business owner who just wants results.
What sets me apart is the way I approach execution. Clients often tell me I saved them days of work in just an hour or that I explained SEO in a way that finally made sense. I take pride in that because it shows I’m not just delivering technology, I’m giving clarity, confidence, and speed.
The thing I’m most proud of is the feedback from clients who say our work put them “on the map,” helped them get their first wave of customers, or completely changed the way they view online marketing. Those moments are why I do what I do.
For anyone new to me or my brands, I want them to know this: I care about results, I care about making things easier, and I care about helping businesses succeed in an online world that’s only getting more competitive. At Sirius Systems, Sirius Site Studio, and Review Scraper, we don’t just build tools or websites — we build growth engines designed to help businesses thrive.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients for me has been a mix of word-of-mouth referrals and online visibility. When I first started, most of my clients came from personal connections and people who had seen the results I was creating for others. Over time, reviews and testimonials became a huge driver. A lot of business owners find me because they’ve read stories from other clients who said things like “Sedrick put us on the map” or “he saved me days of work in just one hour.” That social proof travels fast.
The other big piece has been local SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). I practice what I preach, so I’ve made sure my brands—Sirius Systems, Sirius Site Studio, and Review Scraper—rank well in search and AI-driven results. That brings in clients who are actively searching for solutions, and by the time they reach me, they already know they need help.
What makes it all work together is the combination: strong visibility online to attract interest, and then a reputation backed by real client success stories. That’s been the most reliable and sustainable way I’ve grown my client base.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What’s helped me build my reputation the most is delivering real results and backing them with personal, 1-on-1 service. From the very beginning, I made it a point to sit down with business owners, listen to their challenges, and work alongside them to find solutions. That personal connection matters. Clients know they can reach me directly, and that I’ll take the time to explain things clearly instead of throwing tech jargon at them.
On top of that, I’ve built trust by showing results quickly. When a client sees their website climbing in rankings, their Google Business Profile optimized, or reviews flowing in within days, they know the work is paying off. Pairing that kind of speed and impact with personalized service has been a big differentiator.
Finally, consistency has kept my reputation strong. I don’t just set things up and disappear. I check in, fine-tune strategies, and keep supporting clients long after the initial project. That follow-through, combined with the 1-on-1 customer service, has earned me referrals and repeat business, which are the strongest signals of a solid reputation.
