We recently connected with Scotty Heath and have shared our conversation below.

Scotty, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?

I’ve always said that I’m fighting for the boys that never thought they could win. I was one of those boys. And I want my legacy to be the fact no matter what, if you put your mind to whatever you do, you will get what you want and make it through. Believe in yourself even the people don’t. You a winner. Just like I was :-)

Scotty, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I’m Scotty, but I’m widely known on youtube as “ScottyByNatureTV”. I started off making videos on Youtube after I had dropped out of college, which I was study Mass Communications and Journalism. I talk about all these pop cultures, with a dash of music conversations and real life.

The things that sets me apart from the others is downhome southern hospitality approach to all topics with blunt seasoning on top!

The thing that I’m the most proud of the interview that my best friend and I did with Kandi Burruss. We really manifested that and got what we wanted.

The main things to know about my work that I’m here to ENTERTAIN, INFORM and HAVE A GOOD TIME.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

I really want to hit 100k subscribers soon and earn my Youtube plaque. My eye is definitely on the prize and I’m coming for it.

How did you build your audience on social media?

To be honest, consistency was and still is the key for me when it comes to audience building. Nobody wants to support inconsistency.
