Sayblee, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?

I have many success stories but one I can think of is the most recent one when I was in the legion Park farmer market. I was talking to tow potential customer about my products. Just answering their question and explaining the value and benefits of my products to them. Another customer was passing by and she excitedly just jump right into the conversation and started telling them that my product works. She went on to explain her experience using the products and how her hair feel since she started using my products compared to other products she used before. I quickly grabbed my phone and video recorded about 40 seconds of her conversation with my potential customers. It is on my IG page. By the she help sold my products to them that day. It is truly joyful and purposeful if your customers go out of their way to help sell your products with their testimonies. If the many my products have helped over the years were writing me reviews Google will be very happy to have my products on their platform.

What set me apart from others is that I made the products with my two hands and my God given brain. I did not asked a white label manufacturing company to make my product and put my name on it. Although, I am retired as a hairstylist I bring 20 plus years of experience understanding the science of hair from the inside and out. If you see me in person I have all my hair and it is very healthy and that speaks about my products. More over my products was developed because I was looking for a healthy and safe way to care for my daughter and I hair. I could name a lot of reason that clearly set Sayblee products apart one example is most of the owners of these big brand products especially the ones making black hair products are bald head men or stars who have no ideal about hair at all. No can research to make sure I am right. I am proud of being an investor of being the first investor in the USA for a plants-based hair products that delivers on what it promise for people hair which is healthy hair. I want my followers to write the feedbacks about my products. I know everyone is different so each one result will vary so like to know who Sayblee products are working for and not. I want to learning their experiences so I can keep making new products and getting better. I want my fans to speak out about Sayblee products to spread the new because I truly believe many people need my products. I want reader to know that Sayblee products was developed out a necessity to make a healthy and safe hair products for mankind.

Have you ever had to pivot?

So I had my hair salon for 20 plus years and most of the time I sold Sayblee products only to the customers. In 2015 my daughter created my brand and started taking my products to the farmers markets . We had great feed back so we continued. Finally, I retired from hair care December 30th 2019 to just focus on selling Sayblee products. January 2020, I started selling full time in the farmers market. As we all know March end week working and everything else came to a stop. Considering my only source of income was the farmers market I quickly forgot about that and started focusing online. But I did not know much so I will stay up all night learn how to market my products online and learning about the Shopify platform. Thanks God I am still in business. It has not been easy trying to compete with the big businesses online because they have big budgets for ads and I have not budgets for ads but I am still in business the best of Sayblee products coming to mainstream is insight.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

I think one of my will to succeed with Sayblee products was when I got hurt and some of my customers thought I will stop working but I did not . I used to dragged my leg and walk slow carry my products in the farmers markets rain or shine to sell it. I have lost a lot of money asking digital marketing agency to help me with the online but when it does not work out I learn and move on. My focus is Sayblee products must succeed no matter what and we are on our way to huge success:)
