We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Savy The Creator a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Savy, thanks for joining us today. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.
Becoming a model, published creative, business owner, show producer, music artist, and author was the biggest risk of my life. It was not just a career move, it was choosing to let the little girl inside of me finally breathe. The one who always dreamed boldly but was told to stay quiet, stay safe, and stay small.
Stepping into this world meant showing my truest self to everyone, without knowing how I would be received. It meant creating and building publicly, learning in real time, falling in front of people, rebuilding in front of people, and still choosing to rise again.
Nothing about this journey has been perfect. I had moments of doubt, moments where I questioned if the world would understand my vision, my purpose, my hunger to create impact, and my heart to protect and uplift others. But the mission inside me was louder than the fear.
The risk was that I did not know who would support me, who would judge me, or who would believe in what I was building. Yet I chose to show up anyway. I chose courage over comfort and purpose over approval.
And it changed everything.
Every runway, every stage, every production, every idea poured into the world has ignited something not only in me but in others watching. The risk led to growth, platform, opportunity, and clarity. It brought me closer to my authentic self and to the people aligned with my calling.
The little girl in me did not just survive. She came alive. She became powerful. She became proof that when you take a risk on yourself, the world eventually follows.
That risk is the reason I am here today and the reason I will never stop creating, never stop evolving, and never stop pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Savy The Creator and I am a multidimensional creative, visionary leader, and founder of Xperience Savy, a talent development and creative empowerment brand. My journey into this industry was not scripted or handed to me. I stepped into modeling young with no blueprint, no connections, and no guidance. Everything I learned came from experience, adversity, and the determination to turn obstacles into stepping stones.
Modeling opened doors, but it also opened my eyes. I saw incredible talent in our communities struggling not because they lacked potential, but because they lacked support, education, and safe spaces. I made a decision that I would become what I needed when I was coming up. That decision birthed everything I do today.
Today, my work spans model coaching, runway training, creative directing, show production, content development, mentorship, and now music artistry and publishing. I develop talent from the inside out, helping individuals build confidence, discipline, professionalism, emotional strength, and a mindset built for longevity. My services include model training programs, creative direction, model placement support, media development, runway coaching, workshops, fashion show production, and personal branding guidance.
I bridge the worlds of fashion, personal development, and creative entrepreneurship to create real transformation. I am proud to say that I do not just teach skills, I build leaders and help people discover the fire inside of them. Over the years I have launched large scale fashion experiences, empowered emerging talent, created curriculum for model development, and used my platform to highlight and uplift voices that deserve to be seen and heard.
What sets me apart is the heart behind my work. My mission is rooted in protection, growth, and legacy. I stand for creatives and models having a safe, honest, elite space to evolve without being used, overlooked, or silenced. I build environments where talent is respected, educated, and empowered to thrive in the industry and in life.
I am most proud of the community forming around this mission and the evolution I see in every person who walks this journey with me. The greatest success is not just the runway moments or the magazine features, but seeing individuals step into their power, find their voice, and realize they belong on any stage in the world.
What I want people to know about me and my brand is simple. I am here to build something real, lasting, and impactful. This is not just fashion, it is purpose. It is healing. It is elevation. My brand is a movement for dreamers, creators, and visionaries who refuse to shrink.
Whether you are discovering me for the first time or you have been walking this path with me, know that you are witnessing a journey built on passion, resilience, and the belief that creativity is not just an art form, it is a calling.
We are here to inspire, empower, and shift culture one experience at a time. And we are just getting started.

How can we best help foster a strong, supportive environment for artists and creatives?
In my view, the greatest way society can support artists and creatives is by recognizing that creativity is not a hobby or a luxury, it is the heartbeat of culture, innovation, healing, and emotional connection. Creatives shape how we see the world, how we process life, and how we imagine new possibilities. When we invest in creativity, we invest in the spirit and future of our communities.
To build a truly thriving creative ecosystem, we must give creatives access, resources, and respect. That means providing education, financial support, and opportunities to those who often start without connections or privilege. Some of the most powerful creative voices come from overlooked places — they just need a door, a platform, and belief.
We need more mentorship, more safe spaces, and more stages where new talent and established talent can stand side by side. Creatives deserve not just inspiration but structure, leadership, business knowledge, emotional resilience, and environments that protect their mental, artistic, and spiritual growth.
Authentic relationships are essential. Creativity grows where trust grows. It is important to build genuine relationships because they nourish self belief and confidence. Artists need people around them who feel like truth, not transaction. Creativity is about believing in the unseen. It is the ability to create magic in the dark and turn it into light. When creatives are surrounded by real support, they feel safe enough to bring that magic forward.
Being an entrepreneur and founder within talent development for models, creatives, and visionaries allows me to see the world with fresh eyes every single day. It keeps me connected to purpose. I guide others not just through technique but through spirit, discipline, healing, and inner strength. This work is forever rich because it creates space for others to transform, to grow, and to discover the power inside them. As a model coach, author, life coach, and creative leader, I am committed to helping the world remember the value of imagination, expression, and truth.
Society must also honor creatives as entrepreneurs. Pay them fairly. Celebrate their work. Share their platforms. Attend their events. Support their missions. When you invest in creativity, you invest in the emotional, cultural, and economic health of our communities.
The greatest support is belief. When society believes in creatives, we remind them that their gifts are not only seen, but needed. When we uplift artists, we uplift humanity. And when creatives thrive, culture grows stronger, more vibrant, and more free.
The future belongs to those who create, and we all rise when creativity rises.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
For me, the most rewarding part of being a creative is witnessing transformation in real time. There is nothing more powerful than watching someone step into their creative space and begin to heal, discover themselves, and rise to a level they never imagined they could reach. Creativity unlocks something sacred. It gives people permission to breathe, to release, to remember who they are, and to see themselves beyond limitation.
I treasure the moments when a person realizes they are capable, chosen, gifted, and meant for more. When their confidence shifts, their posture changes, and their soul wakes up. Those are the moments I live for.
I also find deep joy in loving people freely through this work. Sometimes the world can be heavy, and creatives carry so much emotion and vision within them. To be able to pour love, encouragement, and truth into people without needing anything in return is a gift. Love is free, and when you share it, you remind others that they are worthy of being seen and supported simply because they exist.
Art is not just creation. It is connection, it is healing, and it is service. To me, the greatest reward is not applause. It is awakening. It is knowing that my creativity can help someone else walk into their light and begin living in their purpose with courage and faith.
