We recently connected with Savannah Rose Johnson, BA, CLC, RTT.P and have shared our conversation below.
Savannah Rose, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
When it comes to risk-taking, it’s less about the risk itself and more about how we move through any fear, doubt, or critique that arises in the process. Anything worth doing often contains some element of risk; any fear or discomfort experienced is actually valuable self-exploration data and information. Fear shows us our perceived limitations. Fear also shows us how important something is to us. It’s okay if we feel fear and it’s normal.
Ultimately, however, the power we give to fear is in our hands. If we let fear control us and prevent us from taking risks on the things our heart desires, we are operating from a fear-based mentality and not truly thriving. Choosing to learn from fear gives us our power back. When running from it, denying it, or clinging to comfort in order to avoid fear we are still allowing it to influence our lives and not truly escaping it.
Faith in the power of trying our best and faith in the truth that everything will be okay are the antidotes to fear. Maybe things don’t work out exactly how or when we want them to. However, things often work out even better than we could’ve imagined. Harnessing faith and combining it with the art of moving through fear is the formula for courage. Be courageous- especially in honoring yourself. You’ll soon look back and thank yourself you did.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I published my first book, “Ghosts & Letters” in July 2019, just months before becoming a Certified Life Coach in September 2019. Soon after, I graduated from my Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) program in April 2020. Just a few weeks later, I graduated from Oglethorpe University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology in May 2020. Two months later, I published my second book, “Wealth & Worth: Financial Focus for Money, Power, and Finding Your Purpose” in July 2020. To say it’s been a whirlwind would be an understatement. Since then, I spent the past 3 years at a group practice where I received intensive training in ketamine assisted psychotherapy, created and managed multiple programs. In 2021 I joined Kennrod Incorporated’s Board of Directors and served as Secretary and currently serve as Vice President. More recently, I’ve launched into independent practice under my brand, Eclipse Evolution, where I am able to fully embrace all my creative gifts and apply my love of helping others through multiple avenues, such as my podcast, direct client services, publishing written media, and photography. I’m currently completing an intensive program to earn my ayurvedic nutritionist certification and also 500 YTT yoga teacher certification. I operate from a holistic perspective that embraces the delicacy of humanity, our connection to nature, and balances mind, body, and soul healing.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I feel so fortunate that my reputation has organically blossomed and I truly believe it’s due to the fact I strive to bring my own vulnerability into each and every interaction. I often tell people, “we’re all just humans trying to figure out this thing called life,” and through practicing that humility, I believe it allows others to feel my genuine love for what I do and who I serve. I do not want ego to get in the way of what I do and who I collaborate with. I choose to operate out of love in all that I do, and I firmly believe that business operations are no exception to this. The relationships and connections I’ve built all share the same thread of friendship and respect. Otherwise, I feel the connection is too transactional and surface-level. I personally prefer to build deep relationships that embrace and celebrate who everyone is at their core and what they possess in their hearts.

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?
The path I am currently walking is one I feel incredibly fortunate to be on. Everything and everyone has brought me a lesson on life. Every hardship, challenge, and painful event has brought value to my life. Every triumph, connection, and accomplishment has been evidence I am doing my heart’s desire. Overall, the fact I am able to show up as my authentic self in what I do is a gift and I wouldn’t change a thing along the way.
