We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Savannah Romero a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Savannah, thanks for joining us today. Let’s kick things off with talking about how you serve the underserved, because in our view this is one of the most important things the small business community does for society – by serving those who the giant corporations ignore, small business helps create a more inclusive and just world for all of us.
I am a death worker and professional medium. I’ve always been sensitive to the paranormal and the spirit realm, and suffice to say that realm goes underserved on both sides- the living and the dead. My aim is to be a bridge between the two, and provide the connection that is often perceived as lost.

Savannah, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I started out as mostly self-taught. As time went on, I branched out to local DFW metaphysical stores in hopes of being of service. One of my biggest influences throughout this journey was Psychic Medium Patti Negri- she illuminated so much for me both personally and professionally. Without her and her guidance, I would not be on this path today as a medium and paranormal investigator. She proved to not only be an inspiration, but also one of my most endearing friends. Learning from her really helped me hone my own gift of discernment. With that gift, I seek to connect the living and the departed, and to further peace and harmony between the realms whenever and where ever I can.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
I am a big proponent of keeping in touch. I invite my clients to contact me and keep me updated on their journeys after each session. I believe that having faith in people is paramount in the work that I do.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Honestly? The best source is by being present locally and available for exposure. They say that seeing is believing, and I agree. In-person readings often are more impactful than virtual ones, because the exchange of acknowledgement and energy flow more seamlessly.
