We were lucky to catch up with Savannah Adcock recently and have shared our conversation below.
Savannah, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
One of the ways I’ve intentionally diverged from the industry standard is with my Website in a Week offer. Traditionally, web design projects drag on for months with endless revisions, unclear timelines, and way too much back-and-forth. As a single mom and a creative consultant working with small business owners, I know that time and clarity are just as valuable as the end result.
So I flipped the script.
Instead of drawn-out timelines, I offer a clear, focused, high-touch experience where we knock out your site in five days, from strategy to design to launch. Clients love it because they get a beautiful, strategic site without putting their business (or life) on hold.
It’s not just about speed. It’s about momentum. And that’s what I want to create for the people I work with.

Savannah, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Savannah, the founder of Three Roots Consulting and Creative. I’m a copywriter, designer, and strategist who helps small business owners build websites that are not just beautiful, but also strategic and purposeful. My work focuses on helping brands clarify their message, create a strong online presence, and feel proud of how they show up.
I didn’t take a traditional path into this industry. I started as a creative, writing, designing, and building things from scratch, then slowly found my way into marketing and brand strategy. Along the way, I noticed that so many small business owners were feeling stuck. They either tried to DIY their site and burned out, or hired someone and ended up with something that didn’t feel aligned. I created my signature offer, Website in a Week, to solve that exact problem.
Website in a Week is a high-touch, collaborative experience where I guide business owners through a clear process to launch a fully custom Squarespace site in just five days. It’s designed to create momentum and give people not just a polished website, but clarity and direction as well.
What sets my work apart is how deeply I listen. I ask the right questions, translate someone’s vision into design and copy that feels like them, and move with efficiency and care. My approach blends storytelling, clean design, and practical strategy so clients feel supported from start to finish.
I’m most proud of building this business while raising three daughters on my own. My time is limited, so I’ve built a process that is efficient, impactful, and thoughtful. I know what it means to juggle a lot and still want to build something meaningful, and that perspective shapes every project I take on.
This work matters to me because I believe small businesses deserve more than templates and guesswork. They deserve websites that reflect who they are and where they’re going. That’s what I love creating.

Have you ever had to pivot?
My biggest pivot came when I became a single mom. Overnight, everything changed: my time, my priorities, my capacity. I had three little girls depending on me, and suddenly the way I had been working just didn’t work anymore. I couldn’t keep taking on scattered projects with unclear timelines and inconsistent income. I needed structure. I needed clarity. And I needed to be present, for my kids and my clients.
That’s when I created Website in a Week. It was born out of necessity, but also out of a deep belief that business doesn’t have to be chaotic to be impactful. I took everything I was doing – copywriting, design, strategy – and turned it into a focused, high-impact offer. One client, one week, one beautiful, strategic website.
This pivot gave me something I hadn’t had in a long time: breathing room. I could plan my weeks, show up for school drop-offs and dance recitals, and still deliver high-quality work I was proud of. And my clients? They loved it. They walked away with not just a website, but momentum and clarity they hadn’t felt in a long time.
That shift wasn’t just a business decision, it was a life decision. And it’s the reason I’m still here, doing work I love, while building a life that feels rooted and right.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
At the heart of my creative journey is a really simple goal: to provide for my family while helping others build the life and business they’re dreaming of. That means building a business that works for me and for the people I serve.
I know what it feels like to have a vision but be overwhelmed by all the moving pieces. So much of my work is about helping small business owners cut through the noise, get clear on their message, and finally move forward with confidence. I love helping people see their own brilliance and bring it to life in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
My mission isn’t just about websites or strategy. It’s about making things feel doable. If I can make the path just a little clearer for someone else while walking my own, that feels like success.
