We were lucky to catch up with Saudia Sookram recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Saudia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?

As we set out to name our company, we were keen on incorporating the word “event” to reflect our focus on enhancing the party and entertainment experience within the event industry. We quickly realized that nearly every variation of “event” had already been claimed by existing businesses, making the search quite challenging.

After what seemed like endless brainstorming, we decided we would eventually find a name. And that’s when it hit us! EVENTUALLY! It was such a serendipitous moment. The word “eventually” symbolizes more than just the arrival of a noteworthy moment, it embodies the spirit of progress and evolution within the event industry. We believe that each celebration is a unique journey, and our commitment is to make it an extraordinary one. Our company name became more than just a label, it became a philosophy that resonates with the anticipation and excitement inherent in every event we enhance.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Eventually didn’t just happen overnight, it was born from the collaborative vision of co-founders Jerry Minas and Kristian Pineiro, who sought to create an additional stream of income in our ever changing economy. Recognizing the potential of the emerging 360 Photo Booth business, they invited me to join as the Chief Executive Officer to help nurture and contribute to their innovative concept.

In 2022, the 360 Photo Booth was still a novel idea in the market, gaining attention through social media channels. Eager to be at the forefront, we decided to invest in our own booth. Armed with a commitment to excellence, we conducted thorough research and acquired top-of-the-line camera equipment, along with cutting-edge 360-degree video software. Setting high standards, we aimed to distinguish ourselves within the industry. Drawing on our collective years of hospitality experience, we utilized established corporate relationships to fuel our growth and foster connections within the community.

Today, we proudly collaborate with esteemed organizations such as MPI, Visit Orlando, and Experience Kissimmee, reflecting our dedication to community engagement. We pride ourselves on providing a diverse range of immersive experiences through our three distinct 360 Photo Booth setups. We offer packages to suit every and any event. Beyond our cutting-edge photo booth experiences, we’ve extended our services to elevate your entire event atmosphere. Our professional DJ services are designed to keep the energy high and the dance floor buzzing. In addition, our photo and videography services capture the essence of your celebration, ensuring that every moment is preserved with the utmost professionalism and creativity.

Our journey saw a flourishing summer, and as we enter the holiday season, we’re filled with joy and gratitude. The goal is to maintain this positive momentum, continue on an upward trajectory, and cultivate enduring partnerships. What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Our foremost strategy for client growth revolves around exceptional customer service and delivering unparalleled event experiences. We prioritize client satisfaction through personalized service and exceeding expectations at every turn. Word-of-mouth referrals and positive reviews attest to our commitment to providing the highest quality services. By consistently delivering memorable and top-tier experiences, we’ve established ourselves as a trusted name in the Central Florida event industry.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

In a previous role as a Director of Outlets for a hotel corporation, I’ve had the pleasure of managing diverse teams of various sizes, including a team of over 80 associates. Those years have taught me valuable lessons in leadership. The key advice I offer for managing a team and maintaining high morale is to lead with empathy and compassion. Understanding the unique perspectives and needs of each team member fosters a positive and inclusive work environment. By prioritizing open communication, recognizing individual contributions, and addressing challenges with empathy, I’ve found that team morale remains high, contributing to a more cohesive and motivated work environment.
