We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful SauceGod SINSÉ. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with SauceGod below.
SauceGod, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today How did you learn to do what you do? Knowing what you know now, what could you have done to speed up your learning process? What skills do you think were most essential? What obstacles stood in the way of learning more?
“Learning the craft” sounds to me like “Falling in love with the grind”, so i’ll go off that.
I’m a man that has worn many hats in the entertainment world & In my eyes, you have to fall in love with learning in order to master anything.
Things were a bit challenging in the beginning as with every new venture; but something about the long hours at the computer, extensive youtube video tutorials, & 3-5 hours worth of sleep felt worth it
No matter if it was dancing, visual work, youtube or music, i found what i loved about each form of art & used that as fuel to keep my passion burning for it.
Anybody can ride the wave, but those individuals usually go by numbers instead of loving the art & letting that in itself take you to where you desire to be.
Out of all of the things that i’ve done, Music, Creative Direction, & Youtube has been my top 3. Specifically because i can do all 3 at once.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m SauceGod SINSÉ & i’m from Saginaw, MI.
I started uploading videos to YouTube while attending high school. YouTube was an avenue for me to explore my passions: Gaming, Design, Entrepreneurship, Music and Fashion.
During those high school years, i took great time building my resume for this industry.
After graduating high school, i picked up a camera and headed to Atlanta, Georgia to become a Photographer/Videographer.
The change of scenery was VERY beneficial for me as i landed a role in the 2016 movie #DigitalLivesMatter, directed by Terri Vaughn, starring DC Young Fly, Emmanuel Hudson and more. This on top of other experiences in Atlanta ignited my passion for music.
Later in 2016, I moved back to Michigan, began producing music & eventually formed the music collective Broke Boìs Entertainment in the summer of 2017.
I honed my skills over the next four years, doing photoshoots, editing videos as well as mixing & mastering multiple albums & EP’s.
Then i started my solo career in 2021. I released two EPs in 2021, Love Jones and Villain. Both projects show range of artistry, as well as my ability to produce and rap effectively.
Then i extended the range with my 2022 releases STAR PLATINUM, NYTEGOD & Villain II
STAR PLATINUM is the definition of versatile. Songs such as “ Toxic Party,” “Batman“ and “ Hotel Music “ are great examples of these various styles.
All in all, this is only the BEGINNING of my journey & it’s on an upward & constantly evolving path.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
From 2014-2020, i’ve always been second to someone when i knew there was more to my craft that could’ve been noticed, rewarded or accounted for.
The city I come from is big on supporting whose “popular” & doesn’t necessarily support artists that create art that isn’t regionally accepted by them.
Since i played multiple positions i figured that one of them would take me to where i wanted to be.
So once reality hit me that i had to pivot quickly when it came to what i wanted to do primarily, i dove into music wholeheartedly just for my hard work to be overlooked & waved off, again.
Nonetheless, i’m eternally thankful for my current & future friends, supporters & my pure energy and positive attitude, & being grateful for everything life has given me, hard work & thought outshines all the negativity, the lack of support & “in the dark” praise my people around me give.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
I have quite a favorite few books, videos & trusted master herbalists but here are a few main ones.
Books:
The Four Agreements
The BIBLE
Rich Dad Poor Dad
Think and Grow Rich
I have many Videos, Public Figures & Motion Pictures that are inspiring to me but as of late Yahki Awakened, Rashad Jamal & Kanye West inspire me the most currently.
