Sasi , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
I’ve been volunteering with various organizations since the 5th grade, having racked up hundreds of volunteer hours. Doing all of this volunteering with all fo these amazing organizations made me want to start my own organization that helps the community in a variety of ways. I actually first started a club at m school dedicate dto helpint thec community in a variety of ways, and since it wa going well, I decided that I wanted to expand the reach of this club by setting up a non-profit. So, I reached out to the officers of my club and asked if they’d be interested in starting this organization with me, and that’s how Aid4Need was started.

Sasi , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
The mission of our organization is to provide much-needed support and services to our community in a variety of ways. while also empowering and giving students opportunities to make a difference in their community. This organization is important to the community because it focuses on helping the community in a variety of ways. We try to do a wide variety of activities to get youth interested in volunteering. Additionally, we try to help the community in a lot of ways, such as by raising money to help build a new police station or making cards for nurses, which provides support and services to our community! We have over 1100 members from across the country. Additionally, we have around 20 executive officers, 20 social media ambassadors, and around 40-50 chapter officers.

How did you build your audience on social media?
One of the first officers I ever selected was our social media manager Pranavi! We try to post once every 2-3 days and we try to follow trends and make appealing and eye-catching content! We try to make all sorts of content, from awareness posts to reels! Right now we have 1,200+ followers on Instagram with a high follower/following ratio! We also plan on starting a TikTok very soon!
Some advice I’d give to people trying to build social media presence is to not panic whenever a post gets less likes or you start losing followers! Both of those things have happened to us several times, but it’s important to reevaluate the social media account f instead of panicking and trying to post way more or doing something else which may cause further damage! It takes time to gain followers and your audience will find you eventually!

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy we’ve had for gaining members is advertising in different schools! We have a team of social media ambassadors from all over the county who repost and promote our events at various schools, which helps us get new members from all across the USA! By advertising a variety of schools, we’re able to expand our audience, reach, and ultimately get more members to help us help the community!
