We recently connected with Sascha Rossaint and have shared our conversation below.
Sascha, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with a hypothetical question – if it were up to you, what would you change about the school or education system to better prepare students for a more fulfilling life and career?
Our whole school system was created to cultivate good factory workers. It was desirable to have a population that abides by the ring of a bell, is kept under control by a grading / casting system and is incentivized to outperform their peers so the corporate mega-owners can grow their revenue.
We now live in an age where the majority of our population is sick, obese and afraid and we still put our children in institutions that create obedient citizens – critical thinking, creativity, problem solving skills and independence are foreign words these days.
We can change this! By taking back our power, by recognizing that our children deserve a place and space where freedom and creativity are nurtured – the birthing ground of true entrepreneurship – the backbone of our society.
It used to be he village around us, where kids would play with other children on the streets, learn from neighbors, from the elderly in a supportive community.
Digital super isolation has done away with that.
If we want to save our childre we have to take them back home, gather in groups and build community, go back to true nurturing education from the heart, embedded in nature with true useful skills. Fostering the childrens authentic self-expression.
This is why I choose to homeschool and why I choose to follow Rudolf Steiner’s Waldorf system.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I am a notorious creator – probably driven by OCD, ADHD and a couple of other abbreviated conditions that help society put you in a box when in reality you are boxless and boundless.
I choose to help other human beings on their journey of healing, reconnection with their true inner Self, with God, with their soul.
I own e-commerce businesses, work as a coach and consultant in various capacities and the underlying intention for all of my activities is one of helping humanity rise, mentally, physically and spiritually.
I don’t like to think in terms of what sets me apart or any of these typical salesy questions. I think in terms of unity. Nobody is free until we are all free is the saying my friend Troy Casey likes to use a lot and I agree.
Do you have any stories of times when you almost missed payroll or any other near death experiences for your business?
I had started a new e-commerce store in the natural health sector and almost a year had passed and sales were not really picking up. I was ready to give up. I asked myself whether I still believed in the products and in the opportunity. I did so I decided to really exaggerate my efforts on all levels (think Grant Cardone 10X) and 2 months later revenue had tripled and has been picking up ever since. It’s easy to give up but if you still believe in product and market opportunity it is only a question of effort.
Any advice for managing a team?
To not be an asshole. Hold yourself accountable at the same level you hold your team accountable. Don’t be the untouchable king on a pedastal but lead by example. Being vulnerable doesn’t mean being weak.
