We were lucky to catch up with Sarrah Smith recently and have shared our conversation below.
Sarrah , appreciate you joining us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
For much of my adult life, I worked as an Educational Assistant, dedicated to supporting special needs children. This role was fulfilling; I loved the impact I had on my students’ lives. However, beneath the surface, I felt a profound emptiness. On the outside, I seemed to have everything together, but internally, I was battling feelings of depression and a sense of being lost.
It wasn’t until my sister introduced me to meditation and healing crystals that everything began to change. Initially, I was skeptical. Like many, I had preconceived notions about such practices. Yet, at that moment, I felt an overwhelming sense of curiosity: what did I have to lose?
I started meditating, and through this practice, I was guided by my celestial team to explore self-healing with my hands. At that point, I had little understanding of what that meant, but I felt an undeniable pull to learn more. This search led me to discover Reiki, a form of energy healing that resonated deeply with me.
I decided to pursue Reiki training with a local master, believing that this was the path I needed to follow. What I didn’t realize was that this journey was just the beginning. As I delved into Reiki, I learned about the intricate nature of energy healing and opened myself up to a profound transformation.
This experience was pivotal. In a remarkably short time, my life began to change in ways I never thought possible. I discovered that I was being guided toward an even deeper gift—an ancient form of energy healing known as Holy Light Intuitive Energetic Healing. To understand this gift fully, I needed to grasp the fundamentals of energy healing.
As I navigated this new realm, I began to realize the importance of living in alignment with my soul’s desire. Each meditation session, each lesson learned in Reiki, brought me closer to my true self and my purpose in this world.
Now, I stand at a crossroads I never envisioned. I am not only an advocate for special needs children but also a healer, helping others connect with their energy and navigate their own healing journeys. This transformation has been magical and profound, allowing me to live authentically and embrace my destiny.
Reflecting on this journey, I recognize that sometimes, the most significant changes arise from unexpected places. By opening my heart to new experiences, I found my true calling, and in doing so, I learned that healing is not just a profession—it’s a way of life.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am the founder of Holy Light Intuitive Energetic Healing, a divine channel connected to the Collective Ezekiel, as well as a Reiki Master, intuitive healer, author, and speaker. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, I have always possessed an innate sense of knowing, often predicting events based on guidance I received, though I didn’t fully understand it at the time. MY curiosity about the metaphysical and spiritual realms was a constant throughout My life.
In 2019, after experiencing a profound low, I recognized the need for change and embarked on my journey of awakening. Through meditation and the use of healing crystals, I began connecting with my spirit team and the Collective Ezekiel. Guided by their wisdom, I was gifted Holy Light, an ancient energy healing modality, to the modern world.
My passion is working with the Holy Light Healing energy to help empower others to heal deep-rooted wounds and traumas from their ancestors, past lives, and this lifetime, allowing them to live freely and authentically in alignment with their soul’s journey
I do offer 1:1 healing sessions for clients looking to heal their deepest wounds and start living their best lives.
I also teaches this powerful healing modality to those who are called to the path of a healer or those who are looking to add another modality of healing to further help their clients, family, and friends along their healing journey.

What has helped me establish my reputation in my field is my authenticity. I present myself genuinely, avoiding any pretense or the need for perfection. Like everyone else, I’m here to learn, grow, and heal. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for others to be themselves. Rather than pushing anyone to begin their healing journey, I meet them where they are and offer them space to come forward when they feel ready. A common mistake is trying to force others to heal; this approach simply doesn’t work. For optimal healing to take place you must be willing and ready to let go of all that is holding you back on your terms.
If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
If I could go back, I wouldn’t change a thing. One key lesson I’ve learned on this journey is that life is filled with both lessons and blessings. Even our lessons are blessings in disguise, as they provide valuable insights from our experiences. I recognize that I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am today if I had changed any of my past decisions, and for this, I am truly grateful.
