We were lucky to catch up with Sarai Enriquez recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Sarai thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
Moms, let’s talk about something that has been creeping into our lives and families—something that most of us don’t realize is slowly damaging our well-being, marriage, and relationship with our children. We take our roles as moms so seriously, often giving everything we have to everyone around us. I know firsthand how draining, overwhelming, and burned out that can make us feel. But what if I told you there’s a way to restore your energy, reclaim your happiness, and find purpose again—without guilt or risking your health and well-being?
For years, I was trapped in that very cycle. As a military wife and mom, I found myself buried under the stress of my husband’s deployments to Iraq. Anxiety, sleepless nights, and emotional exhaustion consumed me. I felt like I was losing pieces of myself—my joy, my health, my connection to life—while still trying to stay strong for my family. I was running on empty, doing my best to hold everything together but feeling completely burnt out.
Then one day, something shifted. I was sitting in a crowded conference room, exhausted and skeptical, when my mentor encouraged me to close my eyes and allow myself to let go of the negative emotions and experiences I had been carrying for years. At first, I didn’t believe it would work, but I followed her guidance, focusing on my breath and letting go of my past.
And then, for the first time in years, the storm inside me began to quiet. My chest felt lighter, my thoughts slowed down, and a deep sense of calm washed over me. It was as though my body was finally remembering what peace felt like, and my mind was able to soften. The anxiety, stress, and burnout that had controlled me for so long started to melt away, revealing a part of myself I thought was lost forever—the part of me that was strong, peaceful, and capable of joy.
That moment didn’t just heal me; it changed everything. I knew then that if this transformation was possible for me, it could be possible for every mom out there who feels overwhelmed, unseen, and stuck in burnout.
Today, I connect with moms all over the Inland Empire and virtually, guiding them through breathwork, meditation, and energy healing to rediscover the calm, resilience, and joy that have always been inside them.
I’m here to tell you, Mom, you don’t have to carry this weight alone anymore. You deserve to feel whole, vibrant, and free again. Together, we’ll take this journey, one loving step at a time, and uncover the unstoppable woman within you.
Sarai, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Sarai, and my journey to helping moms reclaim their well-being started with my own deep struggles. For years, I tried everything I could think of—doctors, psychologists, medications—to manage my emotional chaos. But nothing worked. I felt worse, not better. My husband and I thought that when his military service ended, everything would improve, but even after four years, I was still stuck in a cycle of stress, anxiety, and emotional burnout. It wasn’t until we began exploring more holistic and natural approaches that I found the breakthrough I desperately needed.
One day, my husband discovered Pranic Healing, an energy healing practice, and decided to attend a class. On his first night, he returned home, practiced on me what he’d learned, and I felt something remarkable. For the first time in years, I relaxed deeply and drifted into a peaceful sleep—something I hadn’t experienced in months, often staying up until 4 or 6 a.m. The next morning, I woke up feeling refreshed, calm, and with newfound mental and emotional clarity. This was a pivotal moment for me, and it opened my heart and mind to the possibility of real, lasting healing. I was flooded with a sense of hope that had been missing for years.
This transformation ignited my passion for holistic healing, and it quickly became clear to me that I could help others, especially moms, who were facing similar struggles. At first, I worked with a wide variety of people dealing with pain, trauma, and difficult life situations. But over time, I realized that many moms were reaching out to me, not for themselves, but for their families—husbands, children, and friends. And yet, these very moms were running on empty, their own well-being neglected in the process. I realized that the tools I used to heal myself—breathwork, meditation, and energy healing—could easily be applied to help moms transform their lives too.
I firmly believe that moms are the backbone of our society. When we invest in their well-being, it creates ripple effects that can positively impact families and communities. That’s why I’m so dedicated to working with moms: I see this as an investment in the future—our families, our society, and the emotional health of our world.
Through my services, I offer group and private meditation and energy healing sessions, all designed to help moms alleviate stress, reconnect with themselves, and remove energy blockages that no longer serve them. I also provide virtual workshops that focus on the importance of self-care for moms and how it impacts their marriages and families. My weekend courses guide moms through an intentional, safe energy healing journey—much like the one that transformed my own life. Additionally, I’ve created specialty energy-focused handmade products and written a book, The Mom Reset, which helps moms take the first three steps toward reclaiming their inner peace.
What sets me apart from others is the life experience I bring into my work. My knowledge isn’t just theoretical; it’s a combination of personal transformation, lessons from amazing mentors, and proven techniques that I know can create lasting results for others. The tools I offer are based on my own journey of healing, and they have made all the difference in my life.
I’m incredibly proud of how my family has embraced this mission. My husband and children have witnessed my transformation and have joined me on this journey of supporting moms to overcome stress and burnout without guilt or shame. It’s been 15 years, and now all of my children are deeply committed to helping me in this mission.
Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help moms reclaim their energy and well-being, to show them that they don’t have to carry the burden of burnout, guilt, or exhaustion alone. I want to help them become the strong foundation their families need, all while creating a healthy, loving, and joyful life for themselves.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
About 13-14 years ago, I had a night when I woke up in a complete panic. Fear gripped my chest, and I could feel it spreading throughout my body. My stomach twisted in knots, my body felt hot and sweaty, and the overwhelming sensation of being alone consumed me. But the truth was, I wasn’t alone at all. My husband was lying peacefully next to me, and our children were all safe and sound in their beds. Despite this, I was experiencing a full panic attack, and it felt like the world was closing in on me.
In that moment, something shifted inside me—a flicker of the tools I had learned through my Pranic Healing class. I vaguely recalled how to disconnect from the toxicity of emotions, thoughts, and people. Despite my body trembling uncontrollably, I forced myself out of bed and sat on the edge of the mattress. I was shaky and unsure, but I moved through the motions, focusing on what I’d learned.
Minute by minute, the tension in my body eased. The fear that had gripped me started to loosen its hold, and I found myself able to breathe again. Slowly, I was able to calm my racing heart and eventually drift back to sleep.
The next morning, when I reflected on what had happened, I realized something monumental: I had broken my old pattern. For years, panic attacks would send me into a spiral, waking my husband and forcing him to stay up with me until the fear finally passed. But that night, I had faced it alone—and I had won. “I did it!” I whispered to myself, in complete awe.
For the first time in nearly a decade, I felt like I had regained control of my life. That night was a turning point for me, a moment of incredible resilience where I realized just how far I had come. Life didn’t just get better in that moment—it kept getting better. I knew then that I had the power to take control, to heal, and to live the peaceful, empowered life I had always dreamed of.

Does this version feel right for you now?
If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
If I could go back, I would choose this path again, without hesitation. The struggles I faced—whether it was the overwhelming stress, the emotional and physical toll of being a military wife and mom, or the years of searching for relief—led me to discover the power of who I really am and the healing that comes from this realization. These practices didn’t just help me survive; they allowed me to thrive, heal, and transform in ways I never imagined possible.
I am deeply grateful for the challenges I went through because they led me to this work, and I now get to help other moms, like myself, break free from burnout and rediscover their joy, energy, and inner peace. The transformation I experienced and continue to experience fuels my passion for supporting moms in their own healing journeys. Every day I get to witness the incredible shifts my clients make, and it fills me with a sense of purpose and fulfillment that is unlike anything else.
The tools and techniques I offer are not just theories for me—they are practices that saved my life and my family’s well-being. The impact this work has on moms and their families is immeasurable, and I feel honored to be part of their healing process.
So yes, I would absolutely choose this path again. Helping moms heal, restore their energy, and live a life of purpose and peace is the most rewarding work I could imagine.
