As owner Spotless Neat Co LLC, our goal is to make things clean and comfy for everyone, no matter who you are. I’ve been through tough times with anxiety and depression myself, so I know how important a tidy space can be for peace of mind. We’re all about being welcoming and eco-friendly, making sure our cleaning helps, not hurts. Our mission is simple: to make life a bit easier for folks, one clean spot at a time.

I’m Sarahy Soriano, the proud founder of our little haven of cleanliness, Spotless Neat Co LLC. But let me rewind a bit and share how this all came to be.
Born and raised in Topeka, Kansas, to hardworking immigrant parents who sacrificed everything for my future, I’ve always had a fire in me to defy the odds. Despite not having a bachelor’s or associate’s degree, I never let that stop me from dreaming big.
Growing up in a Catholic school environment instilled in me the values of compassion and service, which would later shape the foundation of my business. At 21, I tied the knot with my amazing husband, and while our journey together had its ups and downs, nothing could have prepared us for the heartbreak of a miscarriage.
During my recovery, I found solace in the simple act of cleaning. It became therapeutic, almost like a form of self-care. As I tidied up our home, I realized that there were countless others out there, especially new moms like me, struggling with similar feelings of anxiety and depression.
And so, Spotless Neat Co LLC was born, a safe haven for anyone needing a helping hand and a listening ear. Our mission? To provide stress-free, judgment-free cleaning services that feel more like chatting with a friend than hiring a service.
In the past two years, we’ve been blessed to serve a growing number of clients, helping them maintain clean and cozy homes. There’s nothing quite like the joy of seeing our clients come home to a spotless space after a long day or finally getting to enjoy their weekends without the worry of cleaning looming over them.

As the owner of Spotless Neat Co LLC, my journey began with humble beginnings, servicing family members and gradually expanding through word of mouth. Recognizing the power of social media, I ventured onto platforms like Facebook, showcasing my work through pictures and garnering support as satisfied clients shared my business. A significant turning point came when a friend at KSNT in Topeka featured my story, catapulting my reach to a broader audience. Despite initial challenges with technology and advertising, my dedication to delivering quality service has earned me the trust of clients, leading to organic referrals and media opportunities. Through perseverance and continuous learning, I’ve embraced modern advertising strategies, propelling the growth of my business. I’m grateful for the journey and always eager to share my experiences to inspire fellow entrepreneurs.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The most impactful source for acquiring new clients has been through the referrals of my existing clientele, primarily comprised of family, friends, and satisfied customers. Their trust in my cleaning services and their willingness to recommend me to others have been invaluable in driving the growth of my business. This network of support and word-of-mouth recommendations has consistently brought in new clients who appreciate the quality of my work, allowing my business to thrive.
