We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Sarah Vetter. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Sarah below.
Hi Sarah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear about how you went about setting up your own practice and if you have any advice for professionals who might be considering starting their own?
Evergy Studio started from my own healing journey. I had explored many different modalities, but I was still searching for a way to create lasting change rather than temporary relief.
After experiencing profound changes through a process I developed and refined over time, I wanted to see if it could help others too. At the time, I was living in Mexico City, but to isolate, focus, and give the business my full attention, I moved to Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, where I built the website and began working with clients online and in person.
My advice for anyone starting a business is to build something you genuinely need yourself. Evergy was born from a problem I was trying to solve in my own life. I’d also encourage people to stay curious and keep learning. When I started, I knew the process worked, but I didn’t yet understand all of the neuroscience and physics principles that supported why.
Finally, don’t be afraid to reach out and ask questions. I still do this today. I’ve spoken with people in tech, fashion, art, wellness, and business, and some of the most valuable insights I’ve gained have come from conversations outside my own industry.

Sarah, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Sarah Vetter, founder of Evergy Studio. Evergy was built around a simple question: why is lasting change so difficult to create?
After exploring many different modalities through my own healing journey, I became frustrated by the amount of time spent managing patterns rather than transforming them. I wasn’t looking for more relief or a deeper understanding of my issues. I was looking for lasting change.
That search led me to develop the Evergy Signature Session, a process that combines memory reconsolidation, neuroscience, cognitive behavioural principles, and energy work to help people identify and transform subconscious beliefs at the source.
I offer one-on-one sessions and custom programs designed to help people move through anxiety, people pleasing, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and recurring emotional patterns.
What sets Evergy apart is its focus on efficient transformation. By updating the subconscious beliefs driving a pattern, change in one area of life creates positive change across many others.
What I’m most proud of is witnessing immediate shifts and seeing the impact they have not only on my clients, but on the people around them as well.
The most important thing I want people to know is that lasting change is possible.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been focusing entirely on the client experience. My goal is to be fully present with every person I work with and deliver as much value as possible, both during and after the session. That includes detailed session notes, a custom guided meditation, and integration support designed to help clients continue building on the transformation they’ve created.
Word of mouth has been the most powerful form of marketing for my business. Consumers are overwhelmed by advertising and increasingly skeptical of sales tactics. When a product, service, or experience creates a meaningful impact, people naturally talk about it.
I’ve found that the most sustainable growth comes from creating results people genuinely want to share. Long after a purchase is made, the experience continues to speak for itself.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
One of the biggest pivots in my life came when I realized that much of my life had been built on belief systems I had unconsciously adopted in order to feel safe, worthy, and valuable.
I had built a successful career, but I felt there was more in me to give. As I began examining the fears driving my decisions, I recognized that many of the choices I had made weren’t necessarily coming from who I truly was, but from beliefs I had inherited, learned, or adapted over time.
The decision to challenge and transform those beliefs changed everything. It led me into a period of personal growth, travel, and self-discovery that ultimately became the foundation of Evergy Studio.
Looking back, the greatest pivot wasn’t changing careers. It was realizing I had the ability to change the beliefs shaping my life. Once those changed, the direction of my life changed with them.
