Sarah, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
Working in medical aesthetics is in my blood – literally. I grew up working for my family in the nations top company for facial rejuvenation – almost 20 years ago! This was long before instagram and the current height of our industry – which gives me unique insight and perspective watching the development of this industry over the years. I previously worked as a receptionist, assistant manager, in sales, marketing, and corporate operations before going to school for nursing. I became a Registered Nurse in 2015 and became a treatment provider for all the fun things – laser, botox/fillers, coolsculpting, BBL, ultherapy, cooltone – you name it, I did it! I then became a preceptor and trainer for other Medical Professionals in pursuit of beginning + advanced training in aesthetic services.
I did not return to my previous role after the pandemic began and opened my first business mid-pandemic in November 2020. Shortly after, we began offering my most loved + must have service for all – laser! Plush Laser is boutique laser experience in Birmingham, specialized in laser hair removal + laser facials.
