Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sarah Saari. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Sarah, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Risking taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.
Taking a risk to start my own cleaning business has been life changing. During the pandemic I quit my job and risked it all. I started cleaning full time by myself. I applied for my business license and then insurance. I joined professional cleaning groups online. I went to the bank and opened a business account. I started advertising my services on social media. I created a name and a logo for my company. I had shirts made along with business cards. I spent my last paycheck from my previous job on cleaning supplies! I had a dream and I took a risk and I have never stopped believing in myself. Over a year later and my company is successfully thriving ✨
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective way to grow your clientele is to be consistent every time. Consistency is key. In doing so, one day you will wake up exactly where you want to be. Provide consistency, every time, with every client and people will talk about you. Word of mouth goes a long way! My clients refer me because I am consistently providing an exceptional experience every time.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Use social media. Any and all platforms. Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc. Network! Post your services every single day. I don’t care if you get 0 likes. People see your posts. They are going to follow you, use your services, & be inspired. All of my clients come from Facebook! I pay for ZERO advertising!
