We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Sarah Fasching. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Sarah below.
Sarah, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Crazy stuff happening is almost as certain as death and taxes – it’s technically “unexpected” but something unexpected happening is to be expected and so can you share a crazy story with our readers
It’s really a couple of things and how my Wellness business is so important to not only me and my family but how it relates to All of us! For me at age 4 my foot was caught in a riding lawnmower accident so I have part of my heal missing, severe arthritis etc and have undergone numerous surgeries. Then Wellness took another turn watching my mom go thru open heart surgery, stroke, seizure etc when I was in my early teens and needing to take over as mom. My college days ended abruptly when I suffered a severe anaphylactic attack. Raising my children and daughter having eczema that would Not go away, being at my wits ends and Then the Aha moment…finding a health and wellness solution that made sense to Not only help me and my family but So Many others🙏💜🥰

Sarah, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
You can understand more on my website sarahfasching.com. I Love being a fulltime entrepreneur! That happened in 2020. My husband and I own 3 successful businesses and enjoy the flexibility and financial freedom that it brings along with being of service to others and Helping people with their needs. Our wellness business is all about helping people find a better solution and switching things up that Help not hinder! Real solutions for their home, their health and their wealth! Knowledge is power. I love sharing and ultimately you make of it what you will. The sky is the limit. You just need to be open to listening and making change happen.

How’d you meet your business partner?
Andy and I met on the dating site Plenty of Fish. Andy was a personal trainer and gym owner for 5 years when we met and I knew I had found my soulmate. He’s even more passionate about wellness than I am and very very knowledgeable in that space. It’s important to have a partner that supports you and you support them. We have that with each other and our businesses. We feel that’s where our strength and success comes from. We also keep it Real, keep it Simple!! Too many start off a business with all the flashing expensive things that truly don’t matter!
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
You need to live eat and breathe it. It has to be a lifestyle for others to know they can go with you, along side you or back you. We stick with old school relationship building and being true to ourselves and others. Being authentic, laying the foreground for success.
