We recently connected with Sara Simonson and have shared our conversation below.

Sara, appreciate you joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?

I have always loved taking pictures since I was a child. My dad had gifted me a new camera after my second daughter was born and I thought I wonder if any one would like me to take pictures of their family for a small fee. I took a chance with a facebook post and worked everyday since then approaching 9 years in business this fall. Once the idea took off I took many classes to perfect shooting and editing and love to continue to learn. Turning a hobby into a career was the best decision.

Other than my work itself I feel my customer service and turn around time set myself apart from others.

Posting constantly, always engaging with followers.
