Hi Sara, thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Irrational levels of confidence to achieve lofty goals. There’s no perfect formula for how to be successful. There are patterns. If you want to become one of the best in the world at what you do, achieve lofty goals, or become the type of person who’s always leveling up, keep reading, keep focused. These are the tried and true patterns that I’ve found to achieve success.

Sara, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My journey as an entrepreneur started as a child, six years old exactly. I would sell squeezed lemonade, picked oranges, and plucked flowers! In addition, I would read newspapers to the elderly in group homes everyday after school, in which became a business once I started receiving a great amount of tips by happy listeners. I held my first job at a neighborhood store stocking shelves by the age of seven, and it became apparent that I was always looked for opportunities to grow. After finishing high school i continued my education, entered into medical school, took on courses in business marketing overall gaining as much knowledge as possible.
It was at the age of Twenty-Three that I started my first real business. Unfortunately it was a fail for me, but I didn’t stop there. It wasn’t long after that I started up a Promotional model Agency and a Men’s fashion consulting service which were both a huge success, a few years later I sold them. Started my Marketing Agency in which i consult business owners to grow their company or even start up.
My main clients have been plastic surgeons, oral surgeons, nurse practitioners, Aesthetic nurse injectors in which i spent so much time helping in this field that i soon became intrigued and way more knowledgeable about it, allowing me to open up my aesthetic medical spa, providing aesthetics injectables, laser treatments, facials and many other beauty services.
Today I’m most proud of my ability to keep going, learning, growing and constantly creating new ventures for myself.
I put my all In everything i have and i love every minute of it. I enjoy crossing paths with everyone I do, being able to truly know them on different levels i find so fascinating. I see my patients, students and my clients as family and close friends. I always do my best to help, teach, and motivate anyone while they are in my reach.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Figure out who your key audience is and cater to them. It’s also very important to be interesting, have clear and good quality content, respond to all your comments, and post frequently. Hashtags key words that relate to what you bring or offer. Make it a habit to interact with your followers by asking questions on stories or your captions.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Referrals..
Continuing to provide value and establish yourself as having an in-depth understanding of the problems they are looking to solve.
Another thing is… I will say this time and time again, people get sold with who YOU are, not only by your product or service.
As a business owner it’s important that you tune in to what you would appreciate the most if you were the patient? How were you treated? Did you feel special and prioritized? Were all your questions answered? If a problem occurred was it handle in your favor? Keeping some of these simple things in mind when patients enter your establishment.
This can really help you understand how to keep clients, students and patients coming back and referring you to others in which grows your clientele.
