We started this organization Culture Holidays with a vision to help transforming the people’s lives through travel. It started with a tiny thought bud which now has turned into a flourishing tree which is now transforming many Travel agents lives with our work. It’s been 22 years since the inception of our organization. We started it with arranging travel within the country. After 15 years, we tapped in the international market to help our clients see the world through the eyes of Culture Holidays and feel the diversity. We are one of the kinds in the industry because we take our partnership with our Travel Agents very sincerely. We have a small group of 6000 registered travel agents who are working with us from last 5 years and being a family, we provide them various benefits which they can avail only being part of Culture Holidays family. We offer them many free services to promote their company and travel which no other company in our industry is even trying. For us it is not about standard, it is about supporting our family in the most possible way.
The most distinctive offer of Culture Holidays is Awakening trips which are designed with a vision of providing the Travel experience that inspires, transforms and make the life of the travelers better. These awakening trips are the combination of touring at the most beautiful places along with the empowering sessions which are based on different important aspects of life like money, health & relationships. These trips will help travelers attain financial freedom, get rid of stress, anxiety & phobias, make relationships cordial with everyone.

We started off in a very weak position but our vision was strong to help people and connect with them through travel. We wanted to build a community of travellers who are enthusiasts about the world and the fact that we actually exist. We want to put across to our potential clients that we go any mile for our them to make their dream vacation come true and have the memories of lifetime. To make things happen for them we are offering many benefits which are not common in our industry. These benefits include free flyers to advertise, itineraries and website to make their business visible and free training sessions to improve their skills and knowledge. So, to sum up we go any extra mile for our clients to make feel the exuberance with our partnership.

Our clients are our family and the bond we share with them is also based on trust, faith and nurture. We keep in touch with our clients through different mediums like emails, social media, and other channels. Also, we invite our clients for different webinars. We also maintain the relations with our clients through workshops on mindset and motivation which are conducted in the country. We provide extraordinary services and take care of the special needs of our clients which foster our relationship to great extent. The relationships that we have nurtured for several years has helped us to yield the loyalty which is actually the bi-product
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
I think managing a team is very important to make sure your company grow and flourish. Because it’s only the team who is working on ground and helping your vision come to the reality. They are the hands who are catching onto your dreams and making it happen for you. So rather than thinking of it like managing a team, I think of my team as a family with members who all have different skills and knowledge. One value that I consider is very important to manage our family is transparency, without this value one cannot win the trust of the team and make them work for you. They should see the vision of the organization as you do. Another thing which we do to maintain the high morale is by promoting the work-life balance among all the employees. For me, It is important to give equal time and attention to personal life which enables the productivity at workplace as well.
We as organization, spends time and energy in trust building and fun activity like on Fridays we conduct game sessions and talks to break the ice among the employees and to foster the vision that our employees feel happy while working with us.
