We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Sandra. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Sandra below.
Sandra, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you tell us about an important lesson you learned while working at a prior job?
Oh wow, one of the most important lesson that helped me is to always be confidence in yourself especially when you speak.
I worked with a woman that spoke with such confidence that she commands attention. Not because she was scary or anything, she spoke so eloquently that you couldn’t help but pay attention.

Sandra, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m a publicist and brand strategist, and the founder of Just1PR, LLC, a boutique PR firm built on purpose, authenticity, and impact. I got into this industry because I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling, not just to promote, but to connect. Over the years, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, creatives, and public figures who all had something powerful to say, but needed the right strategy to make their voices heard. That’s where I come in.
Through Just1PR, we focus on media relations, brand development, and event strategy, helping clients not only gain visibility but also build credibility. What sets me apart is of course my personal approach, I take the time to understand each client’s story, their “why,” and how to make that resonate with the right audience.
I’m most proud of the impact I’ve had in helping people see their own value and confidence grow through their brand. For me, PR is honestly more than press, it’s purpose. Every campaign, partnership, and post I create is designed to tell stories that inspire, empower, and leave a lasting impression.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
I would say be very transparent and say exactly what you mean with your team.
Don’t forget to acknowledge the hard work your team put in daily to make everything look god for you.
And please set boundaries, this way you can be the boss and know when to be a friend if needed.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
I would say In person or social media.
In-person can be at an event, gathering or some networking opportunity.
And social media is also a great tool to use to source for new clients.
Don’t be afraid to get in those DMs.
