We were lucky to catch up with Samire Lakna recently and have shared our conversation below.

Samire, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Being successful it takes, Patience, Faith, Hustle, Taking Risks, Self-Motivation, Persistence, Praying, Surrounding yourself with like-minded businesspeople.

Becoming all that I am it took a lot of Work, Hustle, Sacrifice’s, and Praying.
Things that set me apart from other is that I go one and beond to help and educate others, I love to see costumers/clients happy and satisfied with my services, I provide first class service to everyone no matter big or small, I’m a non-Judging person i love to motivate other I see the best in other people, I share knowledge no matter where I am. I am a huge believer on building lifelong relationships, every one of my clients rather on real estate or in any of my other services I provide are more than just clients to me, we are more like lifelong friends and family, and that’s how I believe it should be, if my clients are not happy I’m not happy.
I am most proud of being able to change someone’s life in helping them accomplish their Homeowner Goal.
Teaching them and showing them how to stop living paycheck to paycheck showing them how to build your own business that you too can have a six figure and up income, so far I have touched so many lives with all of my businesses, especially with Real estate and with My tax business, I have Thought my Affiliates how to Make 60K and up in just 3 months in Having your Own Tax Business.
I didn’t come from a Rich Family but my Upbringing was Structured and I was always thought to be a go getter and help others and I love doing that.
I have a son who looks up to me and hope to leave a great legacy for him. He is My WHY
My Business is Based on Referrals, and I appreciate all of them.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Family and Friends Referrals.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

Teach them with good intentions, Praise, recognition, Respect, Good Leadership, Accountability, Be Ethical, Communication, Expectations, Remain transparent.
