Hi Sama’ria , thanks for joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
What I think it takes to be successful is to start by having attainable goals to achieve Clarity of Purpose, Growth Mindset, and Courage. Without purpose, it is hard to have a clear direction.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I started Pardon My Detroitness in the year 2017 for a purpose and expression basically as you know we Detroiters have this reputation whether it’s bad or good to ANYBODY that isn’t from here so with that I created a phrase and movement for my Detroiters to let outsiders know ‘PARDON MY DETROITNESS”. I provide all kinds of merch whether you’re looking for a hoodie,shirt or hat ETC. What sets me apart from other are Standing by my word showing honesty, integrity, and dependability. I’m definitely mostly proud at how far I’ve come with my brand and all the great people and things I’ve met and saw.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What I think helped me build my reputation was Being kind Treating everyone as a human being. Asking for feedback and finding ways to connect with other people within my business.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
My most effective strategy is networking and Having a clear, well-defined things of goals also another big thing I love to do is communicating more with my customers.
