Samantha, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Are you happier as a business owner? Do you sometimes think about what it would be like to just have a regular job?

The day dream of clocking out at the end of the day is likely a fantasy all entrepreneurs have. No matter the size of your business, when you are the one that fields all major issues, it is very easy to think about how nice a “regular job” may be. However, with great stress comes great reward. Lucky Luke Brewing has been in business since 2015. We have seen lots of changes and have dealt with many issues over the years. However, we have also dealt with lots of growth of our team and positive moments with our customers. having a front row to watching our team grow over the years has been the most rewarding thing of all. Personally, that is what makes me happy as a business owner. Not only do we get to see our team grow their skill sets, we get a front row to the magic that they make everyday.

Rooted in gratefulness and a passion for true American quality, Lucky Luke Brewing Company is the result of a dedicated husband and wife duo committed to creating a memorable experience and exceptionally-crafted beer for their community.

Lucky Luke founders and Palmdale natives Brian and Samantha’s passion for beer-making quickly grew from a garage-brewing hobby to an all-in effort to give back to their home community with a welcoming place for friends, family, and visitors alike to enjoy not only each other’s company, but a great beer to fit everyone’s taste.

Each and every brew is approached with the same level of detail and craft, no matter how simple or complex the style. Lucky Luke Brewing will continue to strive to live up to its original inspiration: the honorable and honest work and dedication to quality of the founder’s Great Grandfather, Luke Hammons.

Since first opening the doors in 2015, Lucky Luke has grown into 2 more locations. A full service restaurant on Lancaster Blvd and another brewery and tasting room in Santa Clarita.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Like most businesses, COVID absolutely showed us how resilient we could be. Each week there was some kind of new rule we had to follow, re-opening, outdoor dining, masks, vaccines, no labor pool, stricter regulations on our brewery location and having to shut it down, and so much more. During that time however, it really taught us that we were doing this for our customers. Seeing people still come out to enjoy a meal and a beer to support their locally owned businesses was an incredible feeling. Being open for our customers, albeit with limited capabilities, was also something that we learned a lot from. It was a beautiful thing to a place that customers could still go out to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. We get to be a small part of so many peoples special moments and that didnt stop during Covid. If anything, we appreciated it so much more.

How did you build your audience on social media?

We love being able to connect with our customers through social media. Giving them a behind the scenes to how beer is made or a new menu item we are introducing allows us to connect with them in a much different way than traditional marketing. It has opened the door for us to have more conversations about that they want and allows us to make the changes in more real time. It also gives us the opportunity to show off our team and their talents. They are the stars of our business and we would not have been able to grow the way we have if it wasn’t for them.
