We were lucky to catch up with Samantha Denäe, CHHP recently and have shared our conversation below.
Samantha, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about the best advice you’ve ever given to a client? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)
The best advice I give to any client or person who is struggling with womb healing is that your womb wants to work for you, not against you. A lot of times we carry the energy of hate towards ourselves. We often hate how we look, hate our periods, hate the issues and diseases that comes with it, and even hate our uteruses – the place where we create and sustain life. She (your womb) can feel all of that energy and it is hard for her to show up and do her job when the person she is living for and aligning with does not love her, let alone like her. It is also hard for her to show up and do her job when we do not do our job of feeding our bodies with what it needs. This isn’t just foods but also energy from self and others. To love and honor her is to love and honor self.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Blessings!
I’m Samantha Denäe, CHHP, a certified holistic health and yoni steam practitioner, spiritual and womb counselor, intuitive reader, herbalist, Endometriosis advocate and educator. In my line of work, I practice ancient spiritual techniques to assist with womb health and healing. A lot of times, we do not recognize that the physical manifestation of disease comes from unhealed traumas we have been carrying in our energy, so as your practitioner, it is my job to ensure we work through those phases.
As an endometriosis survivor, my personal journey and experience has led me to my purpose as a womb healer. As the owner of Samantha Denâe, LLC, I provide services such as yoni steaming, ionic foot detoxing, tarot reading, reiki and more to work towards the goal of unlearning to learn and love your womb. I also create my own holistic products. ENtouch Womb Detox Capsules is a special herbal blend that I created originally as a yoni steam blend. It is suited for reproductive healing of stagnant blood flow and tissue in the uterine cavity to create a healthier period for self. I also create other herbal capsules for healing, yoni steam blends, incense, and more.
In my spare time, I educate high school students on period and reproductive health and how to advocate for themselves with doctors and family. It is important that we remember our young girls and teens who have to navigate through womanhood and the woes of period pain. We cannot ignore their feelings nor diminish them as if they do not exist. Additionally, as a womb motivational speaker, I provide my audience with a real life look at trauma and how it plays a role in your health and physical ailments, and how to begin the healing. I correlate the physical and spiritual so that you know how trauma often plays the biggest role in our lives.
Simply, I am your motivation and guide to healing issues so that you may align with yourself.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
To know my journey is to know me, essentially. In 2014, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and it became a whirlwind of emotions and continuous struggles with no answers. My period went from 7-days to 90-days for 9 months out of the year for 4 years. I also began using a cane to walk, would be nauseous from eating and drinking water which caused me to lose weight quite rapidly. I was broken – literally, figuratively, physically, and mentally, but spiritually I was ascending.
When I decided to quit western medicine treatments altogether and look to holistic care, I had no clue what I was doing or where I was going, but I knew I couldn’t fall any worse than where I was. In March of 2019, I stopped birth control treatments and opted to change my diet by releasing all meats except freshwater fish and dairy. I also began holistic practices like yoni steaming regularly, intaking more herbal supplements and teas, which lead me to creating my own herbal womb detox capsule; but most importantly, I worked on healing all of the trauma I had endured from unknowingly living with endometriosis for so long and the trauma that came with me finally knowing. Relationship trauma from self and others, fertility issues, familial traumas and how it related to me not wanting to have children all of my life to now craving the smell of my own baby. You name it, I most likely had to heal that hurt and emotion.
It is with this knowledge and experience that I learned as women, our intuitions are in our womb space – it is how we know and see all, how we love and communicate, and how we desire self, others, and life. It is key to alignment with self, and when it becomes clouded with trauma we’ve piled on and haven’t healed, it physically manifests into dis-Ease. When I began those changes and actively healing issues I’ve been through, I started to see major changes within my reproductive issues and self. My first period after getting off of birth control was immaculate! I never knew this was how your period is supposed to be. It was then I knew and understood the power of my own healing and how I was purposely handed this experience to guide others to the same healing.
For a lot, endometriosis is torture, and that is not to downgrade how bad it is to live with endometriosis, but for me I owe my life to this disease. It is the blessing I needed to switch from career to purpose, and as much hell as its given me, it has equally, if not more, given me power, strength, and a path. I would not be me or where I am if it were not for endometriosis and I thank my life for it.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Reputation is important especially in the holistic and women’s wellness fields. Authenticity, transparency, and integrity are the three traits that I ensure remain in tact as I grow in my respective field and as an endometriosis advocate and educator. There is always the stigma of telling too much especially now that we are living in the era of social media, but period and reproductive care/issues have always been taboo and kept quite quiet. My philosophy is somebody is going through what I’ve been through or going through, why not talk about it? My story is someone else’s in a nutshellI, and in all honesty, we are all living the same life just in different times. It gives no benefit for myself to keep who I am and what I’ve experienced inside – that is harvesting trauma within itself – so being honest enough to be transparent about my struggles, failures, and successes helps the next person to take control of their healing and to know they are not alone and more importantly, it is not their fault.
My integrity allows me to provide services as a spiritual counselor, yoni & holistic practitioner, and herbalist by always putting my clients and their needs first. It is not always about money, which is the lowest form of energy exchange, yet it is about how I can be of best service to someone else. I am your guide, use me as such.
