We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Sam Led a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Sam , thanks for joining us today. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
In 2017 my life fell apart. My marriage fell apart. My community experienced two life changing natural disasters ( deadly mud slide and one of the worst wildfires in California state history) in one month, To say it was a stressful was an understatement. Yet it was the catalyst in the space between grieving the loss of my marriage and two cataclysmic natural disasters where I saw my next step and birthed the idea of my first book, “Beyond ADHD.” Putting myself out there and taking a risk *(on myself) was the best decision I made (for myself). Today Beyond ADHD (on Amazon) is a hit and is helping thousands of people all over the world see beyond their ADHD,

Sam , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am a no-nonsense transformation coach, speaker, thought catalyst, creator of the mental health podcast, “The Fearless Now,” and author of the book, “Beyond ADHD.” I share a revolutionary new approach to ADHD and mental health with my clients and explore what is possible when we take our mind and thinking less seriously and discover our innate intelligence and wisdom underneath the daily dose of noise in an ADHD mind. I works with clients all over the world via Zoom and lead one-on-one personalized coaching sessions and online group programs about understanding the ADHD mind and neurodiversity. I use my years of experience and deep knowledge of personal development, human behavior, spirituality, and natural intuitive gifts to gently guide my clients look underneath the heaviness of their noise called thinking to find true insight and wisdom on what to do next in any situation.
