We recently connected with Sam Bazoria and have shared our conversation below.
Sam, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?
It was not hard at all, My company had to have my last name. My brand and mark in the industry.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I was introduce to Construction when I was a kid working with my uncles and father, at the time I was just hanging around but then got intrigued with the way every home and commercial building was made. I then grew and decided to become a framer. With time I became very good and started to escalate the ladder of construction. I started to work for a commercial company named Marek Brothers Systems. Working as a mechanic I was then noticed by the company Operations Manager. He gave me the opportunity to learn how to read the plans and little by little I started to estimate all kinds of projects. I then met a Custom Home Builder and stayed with the Builder for close to 5 years. There is where I came with the idea of making my own company. So here we are 2022 with a 3 Million Dollar commercial company. Our services cover from Commercial, Industrial, retail, Franchise, Medical, Custom and Multi family Construction. From Framing, Drywall, Sheathing, Painting, Equipment, FRP, Acoustical Ceilings, Insulation, Doors with Door Frames and Hardware, Backing Nichiha Corrugated Metal and Canopies. I also have a freelancing company which I help other companies with their pricing.
What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?
I started to freelance for a couple friends then the list got larger and even farther from me. From New York to Hawaii. I have been to different states. Then I got presented the opportunity to take over small projects. As the growing came. I started to be involved with greater projects.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I usually take them out for dinner or events. I call them frequently and hang out with them as I am free and available.
