Salliece, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
What Percentage of People Do You Know Have Gap Teeth? I endured teasing throughout my childhood, with comments like “I bet you can put a car through your gap” and “Your two front teeth look like a field goal.”You know corny sh*t like that. Despite the fact that I constantly laughed at the jokes, they made me feel insecure. I made the decision to have braces in my early adult years, but of course it didn’t last very long. My teeth quickly migrated back to their original positions after having my braces removed, I had no other option but to embrace it. As I grew older, I reflected on all the bullies I had encountered, and I began referring to myself as God because they were constantly sharing their opinions on me. Thats what inspired the idea for my production company, “Gap Gahd Productions,” from that. Now they’ll always discuss my artwork rather than my teeth.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I’ve had a fascination with photography since I was a child. I remember my mom purchasing my first Kodak disposable camera. I would go to Savons, which is now CVS, to develop my film. Impatient as I always was, I finally found the true beauty in developing film once I started to watch the associates do it. In the 8th grade, it was time for an upgrade. My mom took me to a pawnshop, and that’s where I discovered my second love. A Nikon Coolpix L100, but enough of my photographic adventures .Let’s fast forward to when I became a PCOS advocate. Creating something that will last centuries and have a significant impact on human civilization has been my goal, so I’ve decided to continue celebrating the ancient African technology of waist beads. Using them to raise awareness within the communities that I serve, waistbeads have been around for centuries, but we seem to forget why and where it matters. Allow me to remind you.
