Hi Salimah , thanks for joining us today. One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?
I give my regular and loyal customers free beverages, coupons, and giveaways occasionally from Juictastic, LLC that place large and/or ongoing orders with Juictastic.
I feel that’s the least I can do, sometimes you have to giveback in order to receive more which can be tremendously rewarding.
Just to show my token of appreciation for their purchases and support to my business. Without my loyal customers I would not be in business ,and I really do care for them and their well being. Therefore, whatever, I can do in regards to making and providing them with the best quality and beneficial all natural juices I always give a 100% to do the research in regards to see what juices are good for their health matters and issues. Lastly, I shop at the local farmer’s markets to pick the top notch produce for their juice and handcraft lemonade orders.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am a Muslim & Screen Actors Guild & American Federation of Television & Radio Performing Artist. I’ve been pursuing a career in the arts for over a decade, and I enjoy being an performing artist and entrepreneur. I love pursuing my passion and working with my talent and creativity. I believe it is a gift from Allah (God) and I am forever grateful to the Creator for the two professions.
I started Juictastic, LLC in May 2020 during the life changing pandemic. I actually started making all natural juices for my family to keep our immunities boosted during that tragic time when the pandemic had first outbreak. My friends encouraged me to start a small juice business. However, since work in performing arts industry was shutting down and we were on a lock down. I thought about the encouragement my friends express to me and decided to go for it. The rest is history and that’s how Juictastic, LLC came about!
Juictastic, LLC is a black owned all natural juice and handcraft fresh squeeze flavored lemonade online juice business. We make all our orders fresh to order with no artificial ingredients, colors, dyes or flavors and no preservatives. The juices and lemonades are always fresh and made with best quality produce and ingredients. For this service the customer should contact me directly so we can set up a consultation. There is an all natural juice out there for just about most diseases and illnesses. All-Natural juices is what I like to believe is a natural healing miracle juices that’s medicine to the body created by God’s natural fruit and vegetable harvest here on earth.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Honestly, I think the effective strategy in growing my clientele is showcasing our products at local farmers markets and at small business wellness pop ups or pop ups everywhere I can vend at. Getting the product in the hands of health conscious & everyday people of all different walks of life is the key building and growing our clientele. When I vend at these events I always have complimentary samples of Juictastic’s all natural juices and handcraft lemonades that way our potential customers can try our beverages beforehand, and purchase right on the spot and hopefully become an ongoing customer.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I usually keep it touch with my customer through social media, I constantly create content on a daily basics and post on social media. I also have specials/sales & giveaways to engage with them.
