Hi Sali, thanks for joining us today. Alright, so we’d love to hear about how you got your first client or customer. What’s the story?
End of 2015 , My products were listed on Amazon and EBay for 1 month without customers. In January 2016 I took a risk to open my own website. My first order came after 3 months and was just a $20 bonnet . I was so overwhelmed. Happy that someone would trust my work and order from me. The excitement, the joy and the motivation to keep pushing, to keep going grew more and more since.

Lilicreaton is a clothing brand from Ivory Coast ( west Africa ) we specialize in clothing & Accesoiries using ankara African print
I started in 2013 while I was in college studying accounting Communication and marketing
Lilicreaton is today a passion for me
But he did not started out that way .
I had an opportunity when I was younger that allow me to develop this talent and grow this in Bussiness
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Social media is the best way to promote your Bussiness nowadays. I Started on Facebook by sharing my design
I had a few people asking where they can buy the same . Facebook was a good start for me and help me a lot , eventually instagram Snapchat Pinterest TikTok came after that also help us grow more .
Social media is good but make sure you are consistent . Consistency is the key .

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
By sending email , respond to Dm , call and send letters . Also send gift at loyal customers to show our appreciation
