Hi Saint, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.

One of the biggest risk I took and currently living at this moment in time, is becoming who I am now, “SANTI” Saint Sergy. I was 17 when I decided to drop out of my senior year of high school to pursue my career in arts. I could’ve gone to college, gone to a trades school or just focus on a job but that never felt right with me, I knew I was destined to become something much greater than regular, I knew I was destined for this. Now I’m 23 going on 24 and this risk that I took help defined me and helped find my true self; to know not to be afraid of being myself nor the way I look, way I sound , way I was. Instead I take pride in myself and to represent my culture to the fullest! VIVA LA RAZA!

Saint, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

“SANTI” Saint Sergy is a hybrid of my Latino Sound mixed with the American side of music, Hip Hop. I am going unto my sixth year and I’m going to keep representing my culture with the best of my abilities.

Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative?

One thing anyone can learn from not only myself, but life; is that you have to make sacrifices in order to pursue anything you want to do. Wether it’s ending a relationship , moving to a new place, or straying away from the light it’s all has to be done. As long as you believe in your mission and go with full intention of your goal, those sacrifices will be worth it, AMEN.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

One great advice for those who are starting to build their social media presence is; create a catchy name and a simple logo and run with that. Push that In every direction and don’t stop. Never be afraid of getting criticism or compliment as they will help build your brand..
