Hi Saidy , thanks for joining us today. What’s the kindest thing anyone has ever done for you?

The kindest things clients have done for me have been visiting me from a long distance. Clients have traveled from New York, San Francisco, Seattle to Los Angeles just to visit me, for eyebrows and skin care which shows a great level of care and effort on their part. I have this one client who I met through a dear friend of mine her sister a radio host in LA brought me on a radio show. She went out of her way to invite me onto a radio show called Power 106. It’s one of the many kind opportunities I’ve ever experienced and I can’t even find the words to express my gratitude. As a small business owner I always need supply a client generously provides me with all the supplies I need, such as personal protective equipment (PPE) and hardware supplies for my studio. this support enables my team and I to continue to work smoothly. Every time I think of my clientele who I call my extended family I get sentimental because of the many years we’ve been together. I also feel very special when clients bring coffee for our team. I appreciate clients who go the extra mile by bringing coffee for my team and I showing thoughtfulness and consideration. It wakes me up especially on a Saturday morning my favorite day of the week. I also never forget the clients who bring me little things back from trips like vacations or visiting a home town. It’s the most sweetest thing like my client who brought me a very selective chocolate from Iceland she thought of me on her trip and that amazes me. In detail, the kindest things people have done for demonstrate their genuine care and support. These acts of kindness from various clients in my life demonstrate their support, care, and belief in my endeavors. Their actions have made a positive impact on me personally and professionally, and I am so grateful for the kindness they have shown me I wholeheartedly mean it and will never forget.

The advice I have is simple an effective team management requires consistent effort and adaptability. By leading by example, fostering open communication, recognizing achievements, providing growth opportunities, promoting teamwork, and showing empathy, you can maintain high morale and create a motivated and successful team.
