Today we’d like to introduce you to Sage Breslin.
Hi Sage, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
There are so many places where I could start my story, but perhaps the easiest place to begin is in my childhood.
I knew I was different from the beginning. Other kids weren’t like me, but in some way were drawn to me. I thought differently, understood life differently, and saw things that others didn’t see. Unbeknownst to me, it was a family trait- but I didn’t learn that until my mid-30s.
Because I was different, I didn’t have a lot of friends, and as a result, there were adults lurking that could see that vulnerability. I was sexually abuse by multiple perpetrators as a little girl, then groomed and trafficked as a teen by a local cartel. But, below the surface, there was a divine source powering my resilience and forward movement.
When I could, I ran- to a new place, a new life, and to the start of my education (and eventually to my career). Unfortunately, I didn’t yet understand what it meant to have anchors in toxic people and relationships. I didn’t understand that I would keep walking into circum
We’ve been impressed with Sage Wisdom Institute, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
You know how female leaders seem to have a weird magnet to people who don’t have their best interests at heart? Well, I learned from personal experience how debilitating it can be to KNOW that I was here to do something GREAT- but to feel as if my mojo was just MISSING!

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
While this may not be a fit for everyone, on the darkest night of my soul, I met my version of God. Through that experience, I learned that no matter what had happened to me, God had never left me and would always be my foundation. While I may not be overtly religion, my relationship with God has been the thing that has saved me.
