Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sadira Davis. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Sadira, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
In life coaching similar to behavioral health all of our information is confidential so I cannot provide names and pictures. However, I am happy to share general outcomes without sharing private information. Over the years client after client that has come to me, do so typically for 1 of 3 main reasons. Many come to identify their God-ordained purpose in life. So many people are drudging through life lacking purpose and joy. Next, I get lots of clients who have experienced emotional traumas and have found themselves “stuck” and unable to have and or keep lasting healthy relationships. Last and third main reason that clients seek out my services is they want to grow in their relationship with God in a way that they have not achieved through traditional church attendance. I can happily report that ALL of my clients reach their goals. It is amazing to me when I see people’s state of being upon arrival and then can identify them as a totally reformed person upon completion of my mentoring and mastery programs. I change lives and have therefore not really advertised because most of my clients are referrals of those that I have helped.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I have been graced to possess a very unique set of skills that enables me to tap into the spirit realm and gain knowledge, wisdom, and insights from God on behalf of people. Many refer to it as “prophetic” but I have had these capabilities from childhood and have always used them and helped people. When I decided to return as an undergraduate, I was a non-traditional student in my later years of life, and was drawn to double minors in Human & Family Development and in Justice Studies. Both of these sciences were passions and aligned with my specific skillsets. I was awestruck to study and learn that much of how I had been supporting the people in my life were actual scientifically proven techniques. After my schooling I decided to go into the Coaching business and monetize my skills, but maintain the purity of them by forgoing subscribing to a regulated field such as medicine: psychology or psychiatry. Instead I coach and I use an individualized program for each of my clients, seeking God who knows them better than anybody on how to obtain the desired outcomes. So what differentiates me is that I don’t use a “cookie-cutter” coaching program, and I seek their maker for their prescriptions. I do have some standardized techniques that I regularly use. What I am most proud of is that my clients often say one single statement about me and that is, “I loved them to life.” I “flipped the switch” and turned on their power and invited them to possibilities that they would have never achieved without my support.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Hands down the best source of new clients is the thousands of people connected to the clients that you have served well. Focus fully on those who you are presently serving and leave an indelible mark on their lives so much so that they become your most prized marketing tools.
Does your business have multiple or supplementary revenue streams (like a ATM machine at a barbershop, etc)?
My business is supplemented by my writings and conferences. Some people may not solicit your specific product or service in one setting, but utilizing multiple sources to provide access to what you have in different forms is a great strategy to tapping into other streams of resource.
