Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabrina Sirni.
Hi Sabrina, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I have always been a very spiritual person. For me “spiritual” means connecting to a higher power- which was God for me. Through church, I learned to connect and put faith in a power stronger than me. I started practicing spirituality in a different way and got more into Metaphysicals, and energy. I always gravitated towards topics such as these and wanted to focus on using the energy and gifts that I have and find a way to help get others involved and started on their spiritual journey.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I initially got my Reiki I & II certification at the start of COVID. I did not think my business would take off as much as it did, but I like yo think that it was right timing. I had so many virtual sessions booked, because during COVID everyone was on lock down, and needed some time of entertainment or healing to help them get through the difficulties of the pandemic. I moved to in person sessions after the pandemic which was great. I had to do sessions in my home due to not having that formal business space. At times it is tough because you realize the business isn’t enough to survive off of, but for me its my true purpose and that is why I enjoy it!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Reiki is simply an energy force that helps reduce stress and anxiety, while encouraging relaxation and healing from traumas. Reiki has amazing benefits and even if you are not a spiritual person, Reiki can still benefit you! It focuses on the chakras of the body and help clear blockages or heavy attachments that your energy no longer needs. I am currently a Reiki Master so I specialize in Reiki Healing/Chakra Balancing. I also have services such as Crystal readings, Pendulum’ readings, Psychic Surgery, and Emotional Trauma Healing.
I would say I am most proud of following my intuition and completing these certifications because I have grown my small business into something great. I’ve made many connections along the way, and I am excited for the future.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I think having patiences, and kindness, is important. You want your customers (especially first-timers) to feel comfortable during their session. Some sessions may need heavier explanations and you just want those customers to trust you. Trust is huge. For me, knowing I have regular customers tells me they trust me, and that is an amazing feeling.
