Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sabrina Player. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Sabrina thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
We teach several pieces of art simultaneously.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
We’re family owned and operated. My husband lost his battle with brain cancer and I was taken to a paint & sip and I realized that while I was painting, it was the first time, that I didn’t think of the pain.
I decided that people in my community should experience the cathartic benefits of painting….So MOSAIC Moon was established.
What sets us apart is our professionalism, customer service. and creativity. We also have awesome FUNdraisers and we literally give a portion of our funds away..
We also gift 2 Painting events. a year..
We specialize in Team building. We’ve painted with CNN, Home Depot, NASA,
Chick-Fil-A, Georgia Cyber Academy, University of Utah, Georgia Tech and Georgia State, to name a few.. We’ve also served customers in California, Maryland,, New York, Florida and Washington, DC.
We’re very proud of the relationships we have developed with our customers and communities. over the last 6 years. They trust us and know that they can depend on us for a great experience.
Have you ever had to pivot?
In 2016 we opened a 100 seat studio. We opened too big, too fast. The amount of traffic didn’t support the overhead.. But having the studio for that first year, allowed us to develop great relationships and we also built a reputation that we deliver as promised. Our reputation allowed us to transition smoothly into a Mobile Painting business. The mobile business was going well and then Covid hit and once again we had to pivot. This time we went Virtual, which went very well. Last year, we opened a new studio, that is a working studio for our new Affordable, Fine Art. Company, “ 2 Players & Their Paint” and it also supports an intimate setting for Paint & Sip. So now we offer our services via Mobile, Virtual and our Fine Arts Studio. X
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Google serves us better then any platform. Google is responsible for 72% of our new customers. People trust Google and the reviews are very helpful. Word of mouth does the rest.
