We recently connected with Sable Jones and have shared our conversation below.
Sable, appreciate you joining us today. Looking back, do you think you started your business at the right time? Do you wish you had started sooner or later
If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t start iSpeak Life any sooner or later, I’d start it exactly when I did. It was God’s timing, not mine.
When I created iSpeak Life, I was in a season of deep healing and rediscovery. I had walked through heartbreak, transition, motherhood, and moments where I felt unseen. But God was using that very season to birth purpose in me. To help women find their voice again, just like I had to find mine.
If I had started sooner, I would’ve been speaking from pain instead of purpose. If I had waited longer, I might’ve let fear talk me out of it. So I’m grateful that I started when I did; imperfect, unsure, but obedient.
iSpeak Life was never about being ready; it was about being willing. And looking back now, I see that every test, every tear, and every season of silence prepared me to speak life; boldly, faithfully, and on time.

Sable, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Hi, I’m Sable Jones, the founder of iSpeak Life, a faith-based brand and movement created to help women heal, rediscover their purpose, and walk boldly in who God called them to be.
My journey to this work wasn’t a straight path. It was born from some of the hardest, most defining seasons of my life. I’m a wife, mom of three (including miracle twins through IVF), teacher, and certified life purpose coach. For years, I found myself pouring into everyone else while silently battling my own pain; childhood trauma, rejection, and seasons of feeling unseen and unheard. It was in my healing journey that God placed a clear calling on my heart: to use my story, my voice, and my testimony to help other women find theirs.
That’s how iSpeak Life was born. Out of obedience, healing, and purpose.
Through iSpeak Life, I offer faith-based coaching, journals, affirmation products, and empowerment resources designed to help women break free from fear, people pleasing, and self-doubt. Every product and session is centered around faith, identity, and transformation. My signature product, The iSpeak Life Journal, is not just a notebook; it’s a healing companion filled with reflection prompts, declarations, and space for women to write, release, and renew.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just teach principles; I’ve lived them. I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom and have to rebuild from faith up. My approach is gentle but powerful; rooted in grace, truth, and practical tools for real change.
I’m most proud that this brand has become more than a business; it’s a movement. I’ve watched women who once felt broken rediscover their worth. I’ve seen hearts heal, faith restored, and confidence return through the simple act of speaking life again.
If there’s one thing I want people to know about me and this brand, it’s that iSpeak Life isn’t about perfection; it’s about process. It’s about women becoming whole, one word, one prayer, and one step at a time. My goal is to remind every woman that her story still matters, her voice still carries power, and her healing is still possible.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was that strength means silence.
For a long time, I thought being strong meant holding everything in. Showing up for everyone else while quietly breaking on the inside. I was raised to keep it together, to smile through the pain, to pray but never really talk about what hurt. That mindset followed me into adulthood, into motherhood, marriage, and even ministry. I became so used to surviving that I forgot how to feel.
The backstory? I hit a point where pretending wasn’t working anymore. I was juggling so much; being a wife, mom, teacher, and trying to keep everything “together.” But inside, I was empty. I remember one night praying and crying, telling God I couldn’t keep pouring from an empty cup. And that’s when He reminded me: strength isn’t in silence; it’s in surrender.
I had to unlearn the idea that vulnerability equals weakness. I had to learn that it’s okay to ask for help, to rest, to heal out loud. That’s actually where iSpeak Life was born. From the moment I decided to stop suffering silently and start speaking truth, healing, and life over myself again.
Now I teach other women that same truth: you don’t have to carry it all. God never asked us to be perfect; just present, honest, and willing to heal.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
One story that truly illustrates my resilience is my IVF journey. A season that tested everything I thought I knew about faith, patience, and strength.
For years, my husband and I struggled with infertility. After countless tests, we learned that conceiving naturally wouldn’t be possible. I remember feeling crushed. Like God had forgotten about me. I had always believed in miracles, but it’s different when you’re the one waiting for one. There were tears, prayers, moments of doubt, and nights I questioned whether I was strong enough to keep going.
But through that process, God taught me that resilience isn’t about never breaking. It’s about trusting Him while you’re breaking. I leaned on faith like never before, and in that surrender, I found peace. When we finally went through IVF, God showed up in ways only He could. Not only was the process successful on the first try, but we were blessed with twin girls (Genesis and Legacy), our living proof that miracles still happen.
That journey changed me forever. It strengthened my relationship with God and reminded me that every “no” or “not yet” is often preparation for something greater.
Now, when I speak to women through iSpeak Life, I don’t just talk about resilience; I embody it. I remind them that their waiting season isn’t wasted. That even when it hurts, even when the outcome seems impossible, God is still working behind the scenes. My story is living proof that what feels like the end can actually be the beginning of something beautiful.
