We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Ruby Beauregard. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Ruby below.
Ruby, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
I hope the Legacy I leave behind has all of my amazing beautiful traits I’ve served over the years of me being in business. I’ve spent so much time dedicating myself to my craft, community, friends & family. My Family and I are apart of the Lukumi Tribe and we strive to make sure we keep up family traditions, values & spread the love! I love to help those who strive for a better version of them selves while healing throughout everyday battles. We love to build up the love & help people be successful on their paths. I’m a psychic medium ceremonialist that’s very in tune with the world and it helps me lead each yoga session with even more connection and intention. I utilize my sound healing techniques before and after each session to keep my clients aura protected after experiencing beautiful session. I hope the legacy my company leaves behind shows that the BIPOC community can do this in honor of our ancestors and root workers and really rebuild a beautiful place with love instilled in every part of what we do. I pray my legacy shows you all that you can do anything you put your heart into and I pray that my Bipoc healing center will be here generation from now healing the world. Much love!

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I’m a 27 year Indigenous American, I grew up in Burbank California and moved to Lancaster in high school, after graduating I worked for various company’s in management positions. My last job was in Dental which is a huge change to what I do now. After leaving I chose to dedicated 5 months self healing and decided to start traveling on the road and reading people tarot cards to help me afford gas and food to live. After going up and down the coast I finally came back home and revisited everything I ever thought about my self. I decided to look deep within on what I truly wanted to and I had a true passion for reading people, wrapping crystals & doing yoga. I figured I’d either go back to a very difficult position or live my life in truth, I start to set up tables at various store selling my hand crafted items and built up my reputation helping as many people as I could it was amazing, I soon started to get hate notes from various people calling my craft “ black owned and black magic “ I soon had to really teach people what our tribe contribute to the world, I’ve spent years teaching other sacred medicine and more I’m grateful they’re understanding with the times and knowledge we have. I soon then saved up every penny I had a decided to open my own store which then led to building a healing ceremony house and still haven’t had any loans tills this days it’s been amazing and I’m so grateful
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
My Resilience comes from my Mother she owned her own business and taught it has it’s rough patches and I went through so many of them I wanted to give up so many times but My Ancestors insisted I keep doing what I love healing people no matter how many people disagree with my type of holistic healing.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Me being my authentic self has really helped my community, they feel so safe and inspired with me. Over the last 3 years I have served over thousands of people and I’m so grateful for the growth we’ve all had together, I’ve done tarot readings that have proved them selves time and time again, I have so many amazing new couples, new babies & new life venture’s that I had prophecy’s for it’s amazing talent. I’ve helped people through the most dark & the most beautiful times.
