We recently connected with Royal Cromwell and have shared our conversation below.

Royal, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you tell us a bit about who your hero is and the influence they’ve had on you?

Who is my hero?! Albert Einstein of course. One of the world’s most misunderstood. He was so intelligent and spiritual, while also being creative. He has taught me that your imagination is dangerous to everyone around you and that it’s the only place where everything is private. It is a glimpse of what is to come. To have control of your imagination is to manifest, it is the story writer’s role. Albert didn’t let people’s words discourage him from being who he was. He had mistakes in life, but he was in general a very lovely person who viewed all men as equal, he was one of the only people in the 1940s who would educate and advocate for the black man. So I can say he has influenced me greatly, as my other role models are people that look like me, he is my favorite because his actions allow me to see past his color, in a time period where you would think he would be mainstream. I approach many situations with his quotes, my favorite is “Coincidence is God’s way of remaining anonymous”.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Im royal Cromwell, A model coach, life coach, customizable stylist, and actor. I got into Modeling, my primary career, when I was young don’t really remember the age I can remember going places around 5 and 6 but I didn’t like it so I pulled away and when I was around 14 I got back into it because my school asked me to help with a fashion show and since then I have been at it, I got into coaching more because I was always in a leadership role when it came to shows.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

My advice to anyone managing a team is, Stand firmly on Family values, Equality Values, and stand firmly on growing and development. Every day as the leader it’s your job to make sure that you pull the whole team into better rooms and directions. Give everything love and positive vibes and pray to the creator that they keep you close to them. and on your purpose. Have fun in everything you do, bring joy and light, and see the outcome, lifting the spirit of one person is worth more than we can process.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

The most rewarding aspect of being a creative for me is seeing the result of my work. The joy, confidence, and positive vibes that people feel when I work with them is really filling. I love that the creator has called me to be a light in people’s life and help them become people of confidence and light.
