We were lucky to catch up with Roselin Diaz recently and have shared our conversation below.
Roselin, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear your thoughts about making remote work effective.
At ELITE, we believe that less time in the office is what helps our success and continue sales. As you know after COVID, zoom trainings/meetings became the norm.

Roselin, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I started my real estate career in 2015, and let me tell you-starting wasn’t easy, although I always focused on the ending goal and 7 years later I still do. Discipline and determination with a positive/strong mindset is what helps me evolve my craft; and continue to grow my successful business. Even though I had so many struggles/lessons throughout the years in this business. Helping the first time homebuyer get the keys and see it’s possible to own a home, for the investor depending on me to guide them on what’s the ideal location, and the exact property to get their highest ROI, for the seller trusting me with the sale and experience in listing, describing the aesthetics of their property to my best knowledge and selling their home for the biggest profit. Being a real estate professional comes with a lot of responsibilities, it’s definitely more than just closing a transaction. At ELITE what sets us apart is providing a simultaneously, fun, personalized home process whether selling or buying is our main priority. We take pride on making sure you feel like our only client, and that you are well informed throughout the entire transaction. From Start to finish no details will go unnoticed.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Resilience comes from me being independent from a young age, I feel like either you have it or you don’t. You can’t lie to the hustle. It definitely knows the work you put in. I am a workaholic, if you personally know me; you know real estate is something I breathe; is not just a job. I love what I do and I take so much pride in doing it well. Becoming a broker was not a easy decision, growing your own brand takes time, money and confidence. It’s something that’s taking longer than expected but I do want to grow ELITE smart and not fast. That being said, investing in yourself will forever be your smartest investment.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
When COVID hit we were all confused and scared, I remember going out there with gloves, mask, sanitizer and showing homes when other agents were not available. That helped my business grow even though we had a major pandemic. Clients still had to find a place to live, I helped them with this goal and did my best with what was given.
